I bought this for a way to walk in the winter months in Michigan. When I received the walking pad, I received an error message the first time I turned it on. I contacted the seller's and within 30 mins received a reply. I uploaded the requested video showing the issue. Within 1 hour received an email that a replacement pad was being sent. I received the replacement pad within a week. Though I was disappointed that the walking pad was not working immediately, the customer service and the quickness in which this was resolved made up for it. ... show more

    • Great treadmill, but remote is iffy.
Overall I really enjoy this. It’s compact and easy to move and is a great option for getting in a walk daily. However, I’ve burned through so many 2032 batteries. The one it came with was dead, and the other in the package died after a week. Now I’m finding it may be the remote somehow, as each time I replace with a new battery, it dies in about a week or so. It’s unfortunate as it’s the only way to use the treadmill. But for the most part, it’s a good purchase. ... show more

Overall, I like this product and it works as advertised! The only tricky thing is getting the belt to line up in the center. The hex key definitely requires some strength to turn for the purposes of adjusting the alignment and unfortunately the belt edge is ripped from rubbing on the side (before I was able to get the belt straight—it’s tough to know if it’s in the right place until you try it out). Other than that, love that it’s easy to transport with the wheels and the remote control works great! Perfect for my purposes which is mostly just getting my walking steps in, since I live on a busier road without sidewalks. ... show more

    • Almost a 5 - the belt moves
So far so good. It is odd not having a hand rail but I have my desk if I need sturdiness. The one thing I notice about this treadmill is the belt moving to one side or another. I noticed after walking it seems to move on it’s own And is not centered anymore.

changing my review. initialy gave 4 starts because of the remote that didn't want to work but I changed the batery and now it works perfectly :) It came with a batery so I assumed it worked. about the treadmill - it's silent, I live on the 2nd floor and WALK 1 hour a day on it and so far nobody complained ( thank God) :) the belt is always hot by the time I'm done lol my husband came to the living room and said something was burning ^_^ i couldnt smell it but he did. ... show more

I bought this on sale on Prime Day. It's the perfect size for my small living room, runs quietly, and works great. I was a bit nervous based on other reviews that the band could slip, and was pleased to see the included tools and instructions on how to calibrate the band. I was bummed that the remote, which is required to operate the treadmill, arrived with a dead battery. I had to buy new batteries before I could use it at all. When I've bought other products like this, they included a sticker over the battery to keep it from dying before use. Overall, a great product, at least at Prime Day prices! ... show more

It was a little bit heavy for this 65 year. But I managed. Simple instructions. Although I didn’t remember reading about the on/off switch on the machine itself. I purchased this to get some walking in and not have to deal with the heat. I find it difficult to walk on it without something to hold onto, but I’ll figure something out. ... show more
