I did a lot of research before I bought this Sunny treadmill. I found the prices vary considerably but maybe not quality. Sunny seemed to be somewhere in the middle and with a lower price tag I decided to go for it. We've had a treadmill in the past and actually wore it out so we do use one. I've been getting by with an elliptical and stationary bike and a treadmill adds an extra dimension. I've had both knees replaced in the past year and exercise is important to recovery. The Sunny has been excellent. It's easy to use and the programs add a variety to the exercise session. It's not on the high end side of treadmills but it is very functional. It's compact enough for our tight space but the tread is wide and long enough for a safe walk. It folds easily with the shock piston. Overall it's been great. ... show more

Update: The last month I’ve been working out with two lb weights in each hand and walking faster, the treadmill and my Fitbit watch are the same for distance now. I absolutely love this Treadmill! It’s not noisy. It is just easy to use and the user manual is helpful. I had a 25 year old Norditrack treadmill that was awesome and strong but I didn’t like the weight and we were moving to a new home so I sold it! I missed it so I figured I would look into the desk style treadmill. Big mistake! So I found this one. It’s 125 lb treadmill. But that’s not too bad now that it’s were it will stay. Bluetooth is okay, the sound is not as clear as I would like but it’s fine for me. I never had that before. I like it now. It’s way off on the heart rate. It’s about .2 tenths off on the mileage and it’s off on my calories as well but honestly, I’ve never found a treadmill that is right on for me (even in the gyms). That’s most likely due to jogging on a walking speed of 3 mph at times. I rely on my Wrist Fitbit Versa. I found that to be accurate. So I am totally ok with that. I am 53 years old. 5’8” and 160 lbs but I am working on that! I have been using this treadmill between 40 to 50 minutes at about 3 mph and incline between 3 and 6 for 5 days now and so far so good! The 16 programs - each line is 1 mph on the graph. So watch out when you are use to 3 and it goes up to 6! You can bring it back down on the handles. You can also set up your own workout on the U1. I would buy this one again and recommend it to a friend! ... show more

This was one of the widest and longest treadmills I could afford and that makes a big difference. I wished it was six inches longer so I could swing my hands while walking without the fear of hitting against the handles and I am slim. Running is fine because usually your elbows are bent. Comfortable as it does absorb the shocks. I have not gone above 6mph yet. Though it feels a little bouncy initially. Reasonably silent. Assembly is pretty straightforward. You just unfold, put the screws and tighten the bolts. But it is heavy. It says it is about 125 lbs, but felt much heavier and I had to move it to my basement. Not a one man job. I was hoping to carry it down part by part, but the whole thing comes together in one foldable piece making it heavy to move. Has all the right buttons to make adjustments on the run easy enough - pun intended! The best part is now I don’t have an excuse to not go for a walk in any weather. The heart monitor though always start at the low end and takes a while to reach the actual level! Not sure why it should take that long. Hopefully something that can be fixed with a software update. I am sooo happy with my purchase. I meant to write this review a long time ago. I love my treadmill. It's super quiet. I think the ONLY con I have is that 3.0+ mph feels super fast but that could just be me lol. I am over 5'8" tall and there's MORE than enough room for my stride. I put this together very quickly by myself. It is absolutely heavy lol. The delivery guys were so kind and bought it right to my door. I looooove this treadmill and I'm so happy I gifted myself. Plus it's pink! I will be sure to keep it lubricated and follow the instructions to care for it. It's been so nice to help with my goals. Even if you just want to go for a slow paced walk. It has 3 levels of incline and super easy and effortless to increase or decrease. My favorite purchase of the year so far! ... show more

    • Exceeded my expectations!
I can only say great things about this treadmill. It has exceeded my expectations. It's well worth it for the price, although I splurged on the pink one. I felt like having a pink treadmill would encourage me to use it more, and it does :) It arrived in perfect condition when I unboxed it and aside from it being heavier than I expected, it was a little bit of work getting it up two flights of stairs alone. I did need help, even though I tried. Assembly is quick. There are a few nuts and washers but it only took me about 10 min and I was ready to walk. I've been using it for about two months and I do love it. The only things I could see being a problem are if you are tall. I am only 5'2" and I have a very short stride so the length of the belt is perfect for me, but I could see it maybe being a little too short if you are tall and take long strides. I have begun to run (max at 4.2 - and that is running, it's those damn short legs). I have had no issues running or walking and I guess my only complaint is that I think the cup holders are a little too small. Overall for the price, you really can't beat this, it's perfect for amateurs and beginner runners. ... show more
