    • Best purchase I ever made.
I will admit that I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive item without actually trying it out and knowing if I would like it, but after reading all the reviews and a LOT of extensive research on these types of beds, I felt confident. It arrived sooner than expected, which was great because we were moving into a new place and didn't place the order for it until we signed the papers. It ended up arriving two days after we took ownership and it was 4 days earlier than expected. I will start with putting it together, my husband had to use the hand truck to take the boxes upstairs because they are very heavy. Once my husband got everything out and ready to assemble, he was done within half an hour. I am a bit worried because after he had it all together and there were no parts left over I noticed that there is a gap in between our mattresses. I asked him if he connected the bar that attaches them together and he said that there was nothing like that and there was nothing in the instructions regarding that either. I am not overly concerned since we have been sleeping (and other things) on it for almost two weeks now and it doesn't seem to be an issue. The remote control is nice to have on each side of the bed, although I would like to have control over my husband's side since when he snores I have to get up and walk around the bed to his night table and raise his head! I ended up only having to do that once and since then, he just automatically puts it in that position when he comes to bed. I wear a sleep mask and as I am getting into bed I always take my glasses off and put the on my forehead so that I can just slide the mask down, I grab the remote and bring my legs up and my head just a touch and then pull my mask down and it's off to slumberland in minutes. As for the lights under the bed, my husband seems to be more impressed with them than I am. I guess since I sleep with a mask I don't really need the light! It's nice for our Yorkie who will sometimes get up during the night to go to the bathroom on his mat and then he climbs his little stairs back up to bed. Now, for the massage - It is not a massage with a rolling bar like in the mall but it really does sooth me and it actually helped with me having spasms throughout the night. We both agree that is the perfect amount and it is not loud so it's not disturbing. And the most important part, the comfort. I love this bed, period. I was nervous because it was a long time that I spent researching and then convincing my husband that this was the one that we needed. He snores and since I had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer two years ago, the treatments and the ongoing therapy that I am doing cause me to have problems with my knees and hips. So, while my husband needs his head lifted so his snoring stops and I need to have my legs up for my joints and my heart. This bed fits the bill on both of these, but any King adjustable would do that. I spent hours reading reviews on this one and then went to other sites and got reviews/opinions of Sven & Son. We are both truly overjoyed with this purchase. Neither of us have had issues with getting a great nights sleep now that we have this gem. And for the price, trust me, I tried some in furniture stores that carry other brands and I was not impressed. I had this bed on my Wish list for almost a year before we got it.     • Exceptional, outstanding from A to Z
Outstanding, delivered in 48h, they called to confirm the delivery method, then carrier called for the delivery. The split king is fairly easy to carry to the room with 2 people. Heavy means quality in this particular case so I am fine with this. Set up was a breeze, took me 30 minutes, alone. Easy, quick, well explained. The mattress is like a cloud, the different positions are incredible, the remote is great, the massage is powerful (strong vibration). I am thrilled, best 2k I ever spent. Easy set up, everything was connected already and synced up. Medium firmness bed was as advertised good support and not to hard or soft. Had a tear in one mattress before set up. I got the split king with the electric adjustable frame. Its very quiet well except for the massage setting. I was surprised by how comfortable this bed was whenever I wear it out I will buy another from them. I had a serta before this and it was not as comfortable and a little more exspensive. ... show more

    • Good bed, just don't depend on customer service.
The bed if great. Comfortable and works well. There was a problem with the remote so I call the customer service number listed on every page if the booklet. I was told I would get a call back within 24 hours. After waiting 2 weeks I was ready to return the bed. I went to the company site and called a number there, still no help. There was one more number buried in the site. Wow, a got a person that was finally willing and able to help. It took about 5 minutes and all problems were solved. I certainly wish this number had been on the booklet that came with the bed. It would have saved me many hours of frustration. So my suggestion would be to check out the bed and call the company numbers and develope an association with one of the people at the company before spending your money. I hope the customer service department gets their act together before the company goes out of business due to their ineffective manner. ... show more

We had a hiccup in delivery but the associate helped and went above and beyond to get this adjustable bed to me. Once it all arrived we put it together very quickly. The quality is fabulous. We purchased the med. 12” . It is a little soft but last night I had the best sleep of my life. Will be replacing all of our beds! ... show more

    • Beat Sleep in YEARS
After having this bed for a week, I don’t want to get out of bed! Value: after shopping and comparing prices, we saved over $4k 5 Stars Ease of assembly: it came in 3 boxes. 2 boxes were the mattress and one for the bed. It took my 14 yoa son and I 10 minutes. 5 stars. Comfort: best sleep in years!! Not to be a complainer, I have injuries from the military, I have been dealing with for 15 years and have not had a good night sleep since. Our old mattress, a tempur pedic, did help as much as this one and the adjustable base is a plus and I can not believe I’ve gone this long without it! Customer service: sleep geekz, outstanding. They go out of the way to make you purchase and delivery as easy as possible.
