first of all this is a great kit for the beginner took me like 5 mins to put together but like some people said in other reviews it started making god awful noises like nails on a chalkboard and i was going to replace it but then my old man looked at for me and said there is a defect on the center piece where the arm sits it causes friction and over time it starts to make the noise so he fixed it with some wd40 and it works perfectly fine now so as soon as you put the turner together lubricate that piece and it will work fine ... show more

I had purchased a similar set after Covid and to my delight these cup turner sets have much improved. I love the included heat gun as well as the improved materials overall. The resin was easy to work with and produced a smooth surface. I will purchase a second turner.

The media could not be loaded. I'm a beginner tumbler maker, the one in the video I posted is the first one I'm making. this is a great starter kit! I do not plan to do anything more than make gifts with this so this is perfect for my needs. I'm sure if I continue with this craft I will upgrade my equipment eventually, but for the meantime everything works good, and I'm happy with this purchase. I left it spin for 12 hours with no problems. it's not loud at all. not to me anyways. I bought my glitter on Amazon as well. if youre a beginner like me definitely watch some youtube videos for tips and tricks and get yourself some foil tin pans from Walmart or your preferred store. that is a must buy, your epoxy will drip so get a pan! and get gloves that fit, my hands are small, like xs, the kit does come with gloves but they're huge on me. ... show more

THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON ASSEMBLY AND SET UP!!! This is a my first cup turner. I have not used it for cups yet. I have only unboxed it and assembled it. Other than being TOTALLY different from the colors advertised, I will not complain. I plugged it up after screwing the pvc pipes in and tried the motor. Works fine. Made no noise. I really like it. I was able to do two cups with no issues. The only problem I have is if you do a Stanley cup or a Stanley dupe it is not tall enough so you will have to screw off the cup holder. Other than that it’s a great turner

I only got to make 3 successful cups with this turner. The 3rd cup I made with it, the turner started making a really loud squeaking noise. I retightened bolts, and it still kept squeaking. The 4th cup no longer kept the cup level, which created a very large fall over towards the bottom. Also made all of the colors run together since it was no longer level. ... show more
