I've had this Telgeoot 48 Amp Level 2 EV charger for about a month now, and I really like it. It uses a 14-50 plug and needs a 50-amp circuit to get the maximum charging rate. In my case, where I wanted the outlet installed was a bit of a bear to reach, but my son (an electrician) made it happen. Mounting and setting up the charger itself was a breeze. The overall build quality of the charger is very good. I appreciate the thick and sturdy 20-foot charging cable. It uses the SmartLife app to monitor the charger, which was great since I already use the app for other smart devices. The app detected the charger as soon as it powered on and set it up in about 15 seconds. The user interface and options are pretty basic compared to my other EV charger's app, but it's enough. I'm very pleased with the charger's performance. It consistently produces around 10.3 kWh, which is impressive. It allows us to charge my wife's EV from 50% to 90% (the recommended charge level) in less than 2 hours and 30 minutes (see pics). Much faster than all the public chargers near me. Even though I was unfamiliar with the brand before buying it, I'm glad I did. This is a very good EV charger. I plan to replace the name-brand EV charger I use for my vehicle with another one of these in the next few months. I highly recommend it. ... show more

I got this EV charger to install in our garage so we can easily charge both of our electric vehicles at the same time! This works just as you would imagine! Once you get it fully installed it is 100% good to go. You simply plug it into your vehicle and it will quickly charge up your vehicle! I was very impressed by how quickly it charges up as well as how easy it is to use! It's just like any other electric vehicle charger. So as long as you are familiar with charging it you can easily use this! My husband was easily able to get this fully installed as he is very familiar with electrical work etc. If you are not familiar I definitely recommend hiring an electrician to do it for you. He said it was easy and straightforward though if you know what you're doing! This has a nice Sleek appearance as well and does not get in the way of anything or take up too much space. I recently upgraded to a Level 2 EV Charger 48Amp for my yoga studio, and it has been a fantastic addition. As my studio grows and I spend more time there, having a reliable and fast charger has been essential. This charger works great so far and is a good option for the price range. This charger is compatible with a wide range of electric vehicles, including Tesla (with an adapter), Ford, GM, Volkswagen, Nissan, Audi, and more. That is worth a mention. The installation was straightforward, and it's been reliable from the start. I do like the smart app control, as well. Connecting the charger to Wi-Fi was very easy. The charger generates a Wi-Fi signal, and using my smartphone, I quickly connected it to my studio's network. Through the app, I can easily start and stop charging, adjust the power level, and view the device status in real-time. I purchased this charger as a backup for if I goto a friends house and need faster charging. I wanted something that would plug into a nema 14-50 outlet instead of being hard wired. It actually charges a little faster than my Tesla charger and it has a nice quality thick cable compared to the Tesla charger too.     • Poor quality
I have 50 amp service and all it did was blow the fuse every time. The unit had scuff marks all over so I suspect it was used already but I purchased a new unit. I contacted support but never got any return email for my concerns thus back it went

It's a nice product, does the job well, was an easy install but, they shipped me a used item for sure. I needed it so I kept it, but wuld probablly not buy from them again as I purchased a new product and really would have like to receive that.
