I am super pleased with my purchase and I bought a second hose. I bought 2 Suncast hose pots and the hose coils nicely inside the pot. I did not know how it would work out if I only needed 1/4 or so of the length and left the rest in the pot. When I turned on the water the hose in the pot did do a little dancing around as it expanded. However, when the water was turned off and the pressure relieved at the end of the hose the length remaining in the pot returned to the same coiled position as it was previously. The included sprayer works fine. I usually do not buy this kind of sprayer because they have never lasted very long. This one may last longer as it seems better made. Consider you will pay $5 to $10 just for a sprayer. At first I thought why have a shut off valve on the end of the hose. After using it I really like the shut off valve. I repurposed the included hanging rack to my storage shed where it is now keeping my lawn edger in place and off the floor. I used the second one (from my second purchase) to hold the electric cord for the edger. The seller seems very legit. They sent a thank you email acknowledging my warranty registration. I even repurposed the box it was shipped in. It is nice and solid with a flip top lid. I have had bad experience with expanding hoses but this one gives me great hope that it will last a decent length of time. ... show more

I love this garden hose. It is light weight and so easy to handle. It doesn't kink and I don't have to wrestle with it to hang it up. I can't speak to its durability since I haven't had it for very long. I did remove the spray nozzle that came with it and replaced it with a more durable sprayer.

I bought this hose knowing that this type of hose has a reputation for springing leaks if mishandled. But, I wanted the light weight, resistance to kinking, ease of use, portability, and ease of storage that this hose offered. I purchased two 100' lengths in May of 2022. Here in central Texas, they have been through a winter hard freeze and two very hot Texas summers, continued to function well, and have really been a pleasure to use around my yard. Admittedly, I was as cautious as I could be trying to avoid hose snags and undue exposure to our brutal summer sun (my 100' hose ... about 33' empty ... I was able to store in a lidded 1 gallon bucket and still had room for the nozzle). The hose finally did spring a leak a few weeks ago at the faucet attachment end, which I was unable to stop ... though I did spend some time making an attempt. So, I did something I wasn't able to try with other products, I contacted the company directly via email because the hose came with a 'lifetime warranty' which I had activated when I bought the hose. I really wasn't expecting much but hoped they might be able to give me some direction on how to make a repair on the leak. Echo answered my email and asked for information about the problem and also asked for my purchase information from Amazon ... I had to go back a ways in my Amazon orders online but found the original order and gave her the order number. Long story short (from here); in less than a couple of weeks, I had a new hose! Never expected this but it was a great validation of their stated warranty. I am happy to have two functional hoses again. I was impressed by the build quality of this expansion hose. It appears to be made of a durable rubber than can withstand abrasions from rubbing on driveways and sidewalks. The hose immediately reduces size after the water is turned off. The whole thing came in a package like an Apple product. Very impressive for a simple garden hose. The lock off at the end is a welcome feature in case you don’t have a spray nozzle attached to the end. Great product. ... show more

I buy allot. I used to write the occasional negative review, but so much is of lower quality these days, I can't keep up. Now, I'm amazed when something is what I used to hope for... this hose is one. I buy a flexible hose every year... always a different brand b/c none last. I didn’t like the 100’ hoses at the big box, so I ordered this hose. It doesn’t feel like a normal hose. It does not shrink after use. It is light weight. I find it funny that it’s advertised as a hose that won’t kink, but then it tells you to make sure it’s not kinked. Also claims it is puncture proof, but then it says avoid dragging it on rough surfaces to avoid punctures! I will keep it and see what happens. The holder, btw is pretty flimsy plastic and I didn’t use. The sprayer works fine. ... show more
