The pillows arrived condensed in a vacuum package, but quickly fluffed up. The pillows are way too soft, your head sinks down in them, and it does quickly fluff up again, but I’m used to much firmer pillows. Also, if you want to lean against the pillows while sitting up in bed, you will need to use two for support when I used to only need one firm pillow to lean against. ... show more
