I was not sure about getting this fan even though I needed one. I got it on prime day for a good price considering how expensive fans have gotten. I am very glad I did. Its great!!! Very powerful but not too noisy. Love having the remote and also enjoy that is has a smaller ranger of motion so I get more air than other fans. The timer is great so I can leave it on for my dog while I am away and know it will shut off. The sleep mood is nice, but I tent to use the timer feature more for sleeping. This is the second Lasko fan I purchased. I like this fan because it’s (relatively) quiet and delivers good airflow. The problem I had was the remote control did not work properly so I had to adjust the fan by hand. I called the representative who understood the problem and said she would send a replacement remote. I got an email a few days later saying the company that supplies the replacement Remote had it on backorder. I’m not sure when I will receive it otherwise this fan works well. ... show more

Update….I bought this fan end of May. It stopped working end of July. It had power but no fan or oscillating. Tried all the troubleshooting tips but it was dead. I called Lasko and after some initial questions and troubleshooting they sent me a replacement. They said it would arrive in 7-10 business days but I got it 2 days later! Cudos to Lasko Customer Service for standing by their products. I have a taller Lasko tower fan that I bought several years ago for the living room that still works fine so when shopping for a smaller version for the bedroom I decided to stick with Lasko. Like my larger one, the small one has the same remote capabilities and is perfect for a midsize room. The only drawback is the sleepmode. I would expect it to run quieter but it runs on the highest speed with no option to adjust it and it's actually louder than the normal functions. So instead I use the timer when I go to bed so that it doesn't run all night needlessly. Overall, a good fan that will hopefully last as long as my other one. ... show more

This fan is awesome. It keeps a perfect temperature actually cooler then our old box and standing fan. The remote control is a added bonus and I can turn the fan off across the room before going to bed. The fan is easy to use with push button controls. I love the fact that I cam change the speed from 1 2 or 3 depending on how cool I'd like it. The timer feature is an added bonus as well. It is totally worth the cost because it ranges in the same price range as a typical fan but does a much better job. It seems to be made out of durable plastic that should hold up but I have only had it a short while and don't plan on throwing it around to find out lol. The wide base bottom helps to stand it up and their isn't and wobble to it and is pretty stable with my 2 dogs 2 cats and 4 kids running around too. ... show more

This fan puts out a lot of air, very quietly. It doesn't significantly interfere with the sound of the television. The display panel looks very classy and high tech, and illumination turns off after a few seconds so there's no light to bother you in a dark room. The only negative thing I can say about the fan is the mount for the remote control is very insecure and the remote falls off very easily when the fan is moved. But having said that, this fan is really nice, even better than other Lasko fans I have. I would happily buy it again (and will!). ... show more

This is a great fan for bedrooms. I liked it so much, I bought one for my room and one for my child's bedroom. The fan is quiet, isn't bulky/takes up a lot of space. It does a great job of cooling the room down and it is easy to operate. It is a great fan for the price.
