Just got it in today and started printing custom labels for my plant babies with QR codes to my database to track when I last watered/fertilized, etc. And the app is super easy to use. My only complaint is I don't understand why it cuts off an entire 1/2" of tape before each print job -- that's insanely wasteful. As for all the complaints about how hard it is to peel the tape, not sure if this is a new feature or an unnoticed feature, but it's slit down the middle... You just have to gently bend the label and the backing comes right off. ... show more

This works great from my IOS devices. does not have an app for Mac computers. The labels are another story. Very difficult to remove the backing. Dymo labels are so easy to use by comparison.

Finally I have the perfect label maker for myself! I really like the feature of being able to save labels you’ve already made. There are many font and border choices. They comes out perfect every time, they look great. I’d like to purchase some additional label tape in different colors.

I am hesitant to give bad reviews but this thing is the worst label printer I’ve used. The labels are so tedious to peel! It takes forever and you ruin the label once you’ve peeled it. Not worth the frustration. The Bluetooth button is a pain inside the cover as well.

I use it for two days, everytime you have to reconnect with Bluetooth, and I can’t connect the WiFi neither. I think this is a greater little label printer, hopefully they can fix this connection issue Please.

LABELWORKS Epson LW-C610PX has a square design that I like, it also works well with a variety of tapes, including the heat-shrink tubing. However, there are cons, such as clunky app. The app looks and feels old, and poorly designed. I appreciate the inclusion of many features, but the design and usability are just not what I expect. For example, it seems too sensitive on the size slider and often wants to go to the min or max size, rather than incrementally. Another example is that id does not keep the centering settings, when you change the text. Also, it takes you though several screens before you get to the one you need. Connectivity: yes it has a Bluetooth, but it only works with one app on the phone, which limits the usability. Cartridges are super expensive and will quickly add up to cost more than the printer, which I am sure is true for other manufacturers, unless you buy off-brand labels. One more thing, you have to peel the corners for many original tapes. Printing: Quality seems to be good, but 8 times out of 10 it creates 1/2" waste squares for no apparent reason. I know I can use work arounds, but still this is annoying. I still think this is better than using printers with keyboards and small screens, but I just wish this would be much more modern. I have very little to no experience with other brands, so I cannot make a comparison here, it is possible that other brands are not any better. After using this to print a couple dozen labels, I still think this is a good choice for what it is. ... show more
