God I love this printer. I had it in my wish list for a very long time, and finally bit the bullet when they had a sale price. I'm so glad I did. The software lets you create some amazing label designs and is very easy and simple to use. My only complaint is that I wish they had a version for MacOS so I could use it on my desktop instead of having to only use my phone. It's just a bit awkward sizing and rearranging things with my finger tips, and I wish I had the option to use a mouse and actual keyboard. There's one that works for Windows, so hopefully they create a MacOS version at some point. I love that the printer will back up and use unused labels. So if you accidentally pull two labels out and have a blank one, it will back up and use the blank one. I recommend getting the case for it. It holds a couple of extra table rolls and the charging cord. It keeps it protected and organized and is very useful. Excellent product. Well built, great software, excellent design. I have loved this little printer. Down load the app and enjoy. The only thing I don’t like is you have to pay a monthly fee for extras. I’ve chosen to not do that. There is still a lot you can do with it and I love the color and variety of label sizes and types. Clear and white. Varying colors. It seems to hold a charge for quite a while. It’s been a week and it still printed. Super easy to use. I bought the case too ... show more

I really love this product, and I would have given it a 5 star review expect for one, relatively small problem. The printer itself is lightweight, has great Bluetooth connection, and prints great labels from a really convenient phone application. The problem resides in the hardware inside the machine that keeps the paper aligned straight. No matter how hard I try, the paper becomes slightly crooked, and prints a little off center. I know about the mechanism that holds the paper tighter, but it didn't solve the problem. ... show more

Works great, cute design, quality of prints are not perfect but from a foot away it looks great. Everything I was looking for in a label maker. Paper refills are not expensive either which is a bonus. 10/10 would buy again. The app is very easy to use and understand. The only thing I dislike about the app is it seems most of the templates that look nice are behind a pay wall but they still offer plenty of good templates for anything you might be labeling! Download the NIMBOT app and viola You get to create so many labels with the images that are provided and also, you can download your OWN pictures and print them!!
