  • Shredtastic!!
Size: 12 Sheet
This is one powerful compact shredding beast! Works just as described, so easy to set up and use its unbelievable. I shredded so many papers that I needed to dispose of, and this little bugger even shreds old credit cards! There is a spot right in the center of the feed where you place the card and zip, its shredded. Just amazing. Powerful enough to handle shredding multiple sheets at a time. Big enough to handle and hold lots of shredded paper, but compact enough to be able to stand right next to my printer. The window on the front is a big plus to see how full the bin is and when it needs to be emptied, which is so nice to have so I don't have to keep taking the top shredding component off to look inside to gauge if its too full. It has not jammed up, has not overheated, and continues to work perfectly. The top portion with the shredder fits perfectly on the bin and is not ridiculously heavy to take off when its time to empty the bin, so its easy to lift on and off without a fight. It is also not crazy loud like some shredders in the past. Instructions on how it functions are clear and easy to understand as well. I have nothing bad to say, and I am thrilled with how it looks and more importantly how it functions. ... show more

This is a nice, inexpensive cross-cut shredder. It works well for everything from paper shredding to card shredding. I would recommend it to anyone.

  • Powerful shredder! Don't be confused by small size
Size: 8 Sheet
This little shredder is very powerful; it does its cross-cut shredding job more quickly, reliably, and quietly than a much larger shredder we have at our primary residence. Highly recommended!

  • Great, inexpensive shredder
Size: 8 Sheet
Purchased for my home. Did not need fancy or large one, and this one is perfect. The ONLY negative I have to say about it (if you even want to call it a negative) is that you can only put 3-4 sheets of paper in it at once otherwise it jams. I guess I am used to the larger, commercial shredders at work, haha! It is a little noisy (I wasn't expecting it to be so loud) but the shredding power is fantastic. I've shredded quite a few things and I haven't had to empty it once so it seems to hold quite a bit. I would definitely purchase again. ... show more

It does a good job..what it is supposed to do. I have not put many pages in to shred to test it.

  • IT WORKS~ TOUGH and kind of fun actually
Size: 12 Sheet
Ok so I bought this for our home office and was behind on shredding so I just went ham shredding everything I could find. I thought to myself... let's see what this can do! So pretty much I tortured it for a good hour within reason. Got it to jam a few times. Cleared it out. And did it again. I will say it is tougher than I thought. There is some things it won't do, but it's pretty hard to jam it up without trying. It does also handle staples like no problem. Not that hard to unjam either. I wouldn't worry about it. Just buy it! Any normal person would probably never get it to jam up but what's the fun in that? I had to know. It does credit cards, and all sorts of stuff but really doesn't like cardboard or anything ridiculously thick. If you just follow the actual directions then you're good to go. Perfect for home use or a small office. Cuts paper into very small pieces. Don't even have to open your mail. Bills and all just shove it in there. I got the paper that oils it. Better grab some of that. You're supposed to do one of those every time you fill up a basket. It's fast too. I like it. ... show more

  • 5 Years Old Going Strong
Size: 12 Sheet
I bought this cheap shredder five years ago — in 2019. After the umpteenth pile of financial documents I pushed through her teeth this afternoon, I marveled at how reliable this little unit is. It just keeps on shredding without any mishaps or choking on the stuff I feed it. It will cut through staples without complaint. I have not tried paper clips or heavier duty fasteners. I think that is asking too much if this cheap machine. It shreds credit cards, but slows down considerably when eating them. This is not NSA-level shredding but I think it is adequate for routine family financial and medical information. I do, however, need a set of needle-nosed pliers when I empty it because wads of paper get wedged into the corners. I pushed it way beyond’s its intended light use when we moved two years ago. I had decades of old records that I no longer had a reason to keep and did not want to pay to move. I am talking about a large attic full of records that I shredded in long sessions over a couple of weeks. I fully expected this little thing would give up the ghost and give me a reason to buy a new, more robust unit. But it swallowed all of the papers without a problem or complaint. I am a retired lawyer and I tend to keep more papers than most but when I ultimately dump them, I am very conscious of shredding anything with information someone could use that could harm me. My wife thinks it’s silly, but I also peel prescription information from medicine bottles and shred them too. Trash haulers (for whom I have a lot of respect) sometimes spill stuff in getting our refuse in its truck, especially when overstuffed bags break. I have found on the street neighbors’ paystubs, tax forms, and yes, even prescription medicine bottles. I have to have my unit dumped every other week during “light” periods. Today, in clearing out two years of documents, I had to empty it twice. I can only relate my experience but I am impressed with how much this cheap little thing has shredded for me and how reliable it’s been. ... show more

  • Great price, works well
Size: 12 Sheet
I really love this little device. It cross cuts so is much more secure. And because it does that, it doesn't jam like my other one does so I can just shred, and it turns off. Super!
