My new bike came with reflectors only, and I quickly realized that I need to be more visible to other road users in the dark. I was looking for an inexpensive but robust solution, and this set provided exactly what I needed. I also didn’t want to mess with batteries, and a rechargeable LED light looked like a perfect solution. The set comes with two units, for front and back. The front provides adequate beam distance, and has three modes total: far, near, and blinking. The rear light also has a few options - steady red and a couple blinking patterns. I like the plastic caps covering the usb charging ports, to keep them clean from road dust. The clapping to the handle bar and seat pole is very easy, with flexible rubber belts. The only slight minus is the fact that, once charge is depleted, the light just shuts off (the rear is smaller, and lasts longer). However, I’m not sure if there is an effective solution at this price point. You get a feel for it after a couple rides, and just charge it once you go back home. Both units easily slide off the connecting belts (no need to readjust the position) and you plug them to charge. I’ve been using it for several weeks, and am perfectly happy with the purchase. 100% recommend. ... show more

My kids and I use these on our bikes and love them! The price is reasonable and you can see us coming! They are very bright. Even the strobe light is like oh gosh!? What is the emergency here?! It’s super easy to charge and use, I’ll take a video as well to show how they work after having them for over 2 months now, it’s easy to operate and recharge, super bright and I use the brightest setting when I’m biking to and from work in the dark, but the many modes would be perfect for other types of trail rides, or if I had more time to just ride my bike for fun. First off I need to charge it like every other trip or for sure by that third ride it’s dying and that doesn’t make riding in the night all that fun or safe. And unfortunately the horn just randomly died after only working for almost a week. I dig the back lights though because they have a couple of cool flashing mode sequences to choose from, but that light also dies pretty quickly. And the brightest setting slowly becomes more dimmer and less bright as it’s being used so not to cool. Also there is no warning or way of being notified that the battery is running low or not so that kinda sucks and can get a bit annoying. I wanted to really give it 2 stars but I can’t be that mean, though it’s deserved. ... show more

This pair of lights is useful when night biking. It has a good number of positive features, including easy recharging, a series of bright to dim and strobe lights. It also comes with a horn that beeps when prompted. This isn't just a bicycle headlight. It is a high intensity spotlight. It is every bit as bright as a newer automobile headlight in either dim or bright mode. No driver will ever be able to claim that they don't see you from behind or in front of you. As the manufacturer says it does get quite warm but can still be held in your hand. Much like a car this light has a light sensing mode and will dim in the presence of a superior light source. In the low light mode there is absolutely nothing you cannot see. But in bright mode you can easily see anything far out in front of you. This headlight is much heavier than most since it is densely packed with batteries. I ran mine for 45 minutes without the charge bar going down. All 4 blue leds were displaying full charge throughout my use. If you care about bicycle safety while riding at night then this is the only headlight you will ever need. ... show more

I installed these lights on my kids bike so he could have more visibility and figured the horn was just an added bonus. After about 1-2 sessions of use then recharge, the horn just gave up the ghost and stopped working entirely, which wasn't the worst because it had an obnoxious sound anyway. I ended up just cutting the wire off entirely that was for the button of the horn. Lights work fine for now and last a decent amount before needing to be recharged ... show more
