  • Excellent light with wide beam pattern
Color: Black
The light is bright and nice, also the taillight has a nice solid rubber strap and is bright. The only thing to consider is if you have a larger handle bar thickness of 31-35mm you’re gonna need to use the company’s larger attachment for the light to fit right. Other than that I have been happy with the battery run time using the max brightness. ... show more

  • "Super bright" doesn't begin to describe it
Color: Black
I drive in the dark a lot, so as a larf I put two of these on my motorcycle pointing down-ish to give me more light when I can't turn my brights on without blinding people coming towards me. Quoting a favorite character, and what this ad doesn't tell you is that if you have these on full bright you can literally blast people in the face with the full concentrated power of the sun. It's that bright. Seen a few reviews where they say it doesn't stay attached to the bracket, I haven't experienced that (yet) myself and it gets bounced around quite a bit. Battery life on full bright isn't that great, but I have them in the middle brightness and it's actually fairly decent on life. ... show more

  • Bright and visible from a far distance
Color: Black
I don't ride my bike at night or when it's very dark. However, there have been a few times when I've ridden as the sun was setting. My front light was very bright and I could see if reflecting off the traffic signs from a long distance. The battery drains fairly fast in my opinion if I use the light on the highest steady setting. However, I lasts way longer when I use the light while in the blinking mode. Overall, it seems like a good light. I haven't used it to charge my phone but like that I could if I needed to. I've also rinsed off my bike a couple times with this on, and haven't experienced any issues with water damage. The back light is small but works well. I've been told from people I ride with that it's visible in the day and night. I like the 5 different settings. ... show more

  • Bike Light
Color: Black
Really bright light that makes riding at night a new experience. I really like the illuminated digital readout that shows you the battery percentage, so you know when to recharge. Installation was very easy and the quick release feature makes recharging simple. The provided rear LED light is a great bonus and works well as I noticed cars behind me slowing down and being more cautious. ... show more

  • What a nice light!!
Color: Black
It feels like something of value, something serious. Heavy duty and something that lasts because its made of metal. When you turn it on it floods your pathway with light where you need it. it enables you to really see the road in front of you and see things you wouldn't want to run over. I love it because I do alot of riding at night. It is the nicest bike light I have ever seen. It was designed to do the job it was supposed to do, and not a cheap piece of plastic to make a quick buck. ... show more

  • Not USB-C compliant
Color: Black
Despite the description, this is NOT actually a USB-C-compatible device. It does not charge when plugged into either Apple or third-party USB-C power supplies. The whole point of USB-C is compatibility, and this device isn’t. So I’m forced to give it a much lower rating than I otherwise would. Unfortunately, I bought this primarily to replace a similar device in part because of its incompatible charging, so now I’m debating whether to keep this or return it. The *only* way I have been able to charge this device is with a dumb USB-A charger and an adapter cable. I like the light’s brightness and operating duration, but I’m very disappointed in how hard it is to charge it. I shouldn’t have to have dedicated dumb chargers for all of these bicycle lights just because the engineers couldn’t be bothered to comply with the USB-C spec. In fact, because this only needs a 5V supply, they didn’t even need to put in USB-PD support to make this work. This design could be fixed by adding just two resistors as a cost of about two or three cents. So when I say that this is an embarrassing design flaw, it is only because I am struggling not to use phrases like “grossly incompetent”. Just to confirm beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is correct, a simple, passive USB-C-USB-A adapter (which has the resistors installed) to the provided USB-A-to-USB-C cable is enough to make these charge with the same charger that won’t charge them using a standard USB-C cable. So they cheaped out and saved three cents, and as a result, this won’t charge on any modern USB-C charger. And it isn’t a defective copy of this device. The tail light has the same design flaw. The manufacturer should immediately fix this design or stop claiming falsely that this is a USB-C device. ... show more

  • Excellent lights for visibility and safety
Color: Black
I did quite a bit of research on bicycle lights after I saw lights in a Trek store for $100-$200. I was looking for a cheaper option and found these lights. They are manufactured very well and the headlight is solid and has some heft to it rather than being a cheap piece of plastic. The light signalling options are very good with high, medium, and low for the headlight as well as multiple flashing settings. The beam is focused and strong rather than being scattered. The taillight has five settings that are simple to change and the light is very visible. The manufacturer claims 2.5 hrs with the high beam continuously running. I was very skeptical at first because after a full charge to 100%, the percentage was dropping a point every 30 seconds, so 98% after one minute. That would come out to 50 minutes but I decided to test it fully and let it continue. The percentage indicator slowed down and I was at 2 hrs with 38% charge left, so at that pace it would've easily exceeded the 2.5 hr claim. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and I'm buying a second set for my fiance's bicycle. ... show more
