    • Won't turn on after charging
The scooter seems good quality, but after charging fully it won't turn on. I found it impossible to obtain product support from the seller or the OEM. Amazon told me that the scooter was not eligible for return. The seller ignored my return requests for more than one week. Buyer beware.

Good powerful scooter. Came mostly assembled, mostly charged and tires mostly inflated, so I just completed all that. It's not hard to unbox by one person if you know how (YouTube to the rescue), all tools and manual come in the box, except the tool to adjust the shocks, you'll need a spanner wrench for that, but the way mine came was about as good as I'd like it. Checked all bolts and all were tight, and the disc brakes were straight as they should be. It's fast enough that on the highest speed I'd worry about speed wobble, and sadly, Kukirin does not have a readily available steer damper kit. If you want to install one, your only available option is to rig your own brackets, so I guess I'll be doing that eventually (hence the pictures with tape measure) Acceleration is jerky for me (I'm inexperienced), so I keep it mostly on single motor, on dual it feels like it's gonna take off without me 😄 it does have a zero start function, but by default it has a big deadzone, and once you hit the juice, it is super sensitive. Handles rotate on the bars, so you might need to upgrade those, but this is not uncommon for most scooters. Doesn't bother me yet since I am riding it slowly. Screen isn't bright enough for full daylight brightness, but controls are simple enough you rarely need to see the screen. At night the scooter can light up beautifully as you see in the pictures. Deck is roomy even for my big feet, and construction feels solid all around. Comes with a bag and disc brake lock, I had to learn how to use that, but you might want more security measures given the scooter is keyless and while it's heavy, it's not beyond quickly tossing it in a truck. Speaking of, it's large so it barely fits in a compact car's trunk, might fit better if the handlebar is removed. Most busses and trains will not allow you to bring it on, even as cargo. Knobby tires are slightly noisy on paved road, but not too bad. Gives pedestrians notice, but there's also a horn if needed. Brakes are sufficient, but it seems mechanical aren't as good as hydraulic, so be aware of stopping distances. Kickstand is ok, but will fail if the scooter is on an incline or if it rolls. I don't know if it matters, but I got mine directly from Kukirin's US site. (4 PayPal installments were an option) and I've noticed mine has a couple extra designs on the deck and the control arm orange bits on mine are actual reflectors, but I figure it's mostly the same scooter as other versions. If mine is the latest version, some claim it had speed wobble reduced, but it's not enough for me, so if I had one request for Kukirin, it would be to come up with their own steer damper bracket kit designed specifically to use existing screw holes or shaped to the part of the frame that connects to the headtube like many other scooters do. Overall, it's super fun to ride and after 21 miles it hasn't gone down a single bar. It gets a but of attention on the street, especially at night, even had one lady stop to ask me questions about it. I'm aware Kukirin might be a smaller company, some of their scooters share a lot of similarities with other scooters, so I'm curious what their operations are like, but I wouldn't rely on them for repairs, luckily, most replacement and disassembly tutorials are shown on their YouTube channel, so if you are a DIY kind of person, then this scooter might be fun for you. ... show more

    • Avoid this company. They will take your money and run.
The product is ultimately just a reskin of a Titan OEM scooter, which tend to be decent for the price. Kukirin itself has proven to be an awful company to purchase one of these scooters from. They sent me a scooter with a tire basically a quarter inch out of round, which makes the thing vibrate like crazy. (Yes, I have tried deflating the tire and re-inflating it, its the tire itself) I contacted them through multiple means and never got a reply, and amazon is unable to do anything other than make me ship the thing back. If it worked properly, it would be pretty good for the money i think. ... show more

I had this scooter sense April, and I don't have any negative feedback, I have close to 600 miles when this is posted. this scooter is fantastic for medium to short distance, it has great lights and turn signals. It can be a comfy or a fun ride depending on what settings you wanna use it on. If you live in the city then the G2 Master is for you. Range won't he a problem. Here are some tips that I can provide you with. If you wanna get about 15-30 miles of range then stay on single gear 2 BUT if you are in a hurry or just wanna have fun then on dual+gear 3 will do for you, just expect a shorter range (15 miles) ... show more
