This is a great proofing set for your bread, the baskets hold up very well and are extremely durable! The linen covers are easily washed, I recommend handwashing with dish soap as you wouldn't want laundry soap on your food linens. The size is wonderful and they are beautifully crafted! It does say you can bake in them but I tend not to do that and only use them for proofing. They are a tad difficult to clean as there are a bunch of crevices but it can be done with some effort easily! These are wonderful quality overall and would make a great gift at a great value! ... show more

I recently got into sourdough baking and really appreciate these proofing bowls for setting up my product and allowing it to proof before baking. It also gives it the perfect crust and a beautiful outside layer. Easily worth a shot for the price.
