The 1st one delivered looked good on outside, Signed for it and waited till my fiends came to help install. When I opened the door the shelves were off the wall & on the floor. Called the delivering carrier to let them know what I found. They were excellent gave me a phone # of who to contact at Rhino. Margaret was excellent in a little over a week I had a new safe.
