So far I've only used these on one leg that seems to be developing a little arthritis. Maybe marathons aren't the best fitness plan long-term. I'm finding the brace provides a fair amount of stability and warmth, while still being comfortable over time. The lateral ribs give some stability, but don't restrict movement. I'm pleased with the result so far, but being at the low end of medium I might have gotten a little more support by dropping a size, without losing comfort. Stylewise I'd prefer black, but I'll mostly be wearing the brace under pants, so it's not really relevant. Overall, the brace has reduced discomfort and added some stability. This is a great product, as soon as I received it I put it on my one knee that has been giving me joint pain trouble. I noticed that the moderate support eased my pain but not as much as I expected. I was between two sizes and sized up as suggested. I think sizing down may have provided my knee with more compression and helped further reduce pain. This knee brace is worth giving a try if you have moderate to low pain. For better compression, I'd suggest sizing down if you're between sizes. ... show more

It is a good alternative if you do not require a jumbo contraption that takes forever to put on. Provided with good support for vertical movement but I wouldn't rely on it for heavy lifting. I was between sizes, so it felt slightly loose, but the pair were comfortable. I've tried others that got irritating after 30 minutes or so. Gives really good compression and fits well. I can already tell I’m going to have issues with the back top rolling down. But all in all it’s a solid product that works as advertised.

Got these to minimize knee soreness or stiffness when working out. While they went on easy enough, about 5 minutes into my workout they were cutting into the back of my thigh. It got so uncomfortable I had to take them off to finish my workout. I got the XL, and they didn't feel tight or uncomfortable when I put them on. Just didn't work well. ... show more

These compression sleeves fit as expected according to the size chart. Decent fit and comfortable. It is every breathable next to the skin. I just wish it was a little more snug at the bottom. Wears kind of loose below the knee.

My daughter is a gymnast and her knees often bother her. I've gotten her SO many knee braces, and have to replace them regularly since she wears them to practice. She's 5'1" and about 110 lbs. Her thigh measures 15" so I got her size small. They fit perfectly and she was surprised by the stiff pieces on the side. I tried them on too and while they do seem to offer support, aren't poky or annoying like I expected. She wore these to practice and said they stayed in place better than the others she's tried. Apparently the other girls were teasing her about the design--they look like they're vents or something--so maybe a more subtle design would be preferable. I suffered a meniscus tear in my knee in my early teens playing sports. They had to remove a big chunk of it which relieved most of the pain but now 20 years later, my knee is giving me all sorts of trouble again. The traditional knee brace provides complete relief but is uncomfortable to wear all day and is difficult to wear under some clothing. This compression sleeves provides almost as good of support as my knee brace and is comfortable to wear all day.
