Like most things you have to assemble, this is designed poorly, requiring dozens of different sized-fasteners and complicated joints (Hello. Go visit IKEA, people.). And, it has the occasional manufacturing error. Mine came with the top surface reversed such that the curved front edge was on the wrong side. However, once you get it together, it is surprisingly sturdy and functional. I do not recommend it as a sit/stand desk, as the process of raising and lowering it is extraordinarily difficult, requiring the adjustment of four screws and locking pins simultaneously. But if you just want to leave it at one height most of the time, as I do, it is great for small spaces (I use it to record voice-overs in my home studio - AndrewRandall.com). ... show more

The instructions could be a little clearer, but so far seems like a sturdy little desk. I did switch the shelves because I wanted the upper one to tilt (also had to face in) but I made it work perfectly. I doubt I’ll have to move the shelves up and down much, but I LOVE the metal pins. It was the deciding factor for this desk because the last desk I had similar to this one the knobs stripped and wouldn’t hold after a couple of years. ... show more

It might be too early to tell for sure, I’ve only been using it for a few days each week but I’m really liking this mobile desk. You get what you pay for so it’s not exact or perfect but it’s a great deal none the less and I don’t see any flaws that would make me want to return it. I can work inside and take it outside because it is very light weight. I’m loving it. I wish it had more accessory options. I would add a separate phone stand and a deep cup for pens to attach to the sides of the desk and not take up space to the desktop. I’m pleased! ... show more

It’s looks just like the picture. It fits perfect in my little nook and is sturdy enough to hold my epson printer on the back shelf. You will need drill while assembling slabs the holes are really small. That is the only downfall.

I haven't had it long, but I was surprised at the build quality. Very nice. The only minor downside for me is that I have rather expensive headphones that don't fit the V shape of the holder. A wider U would be better. I think this will tear them.

The description makes the desk seem very practical and ideal for a desk that can offer the ability to raise and lower. First, the instructions were difficult to understand making it difficult to put together. The pictures are too small to decipher. Second, the quality is poor . All the holes don’t align to raise and lower the desk - which defeats the purpose of the utility of such a desk. Third, the material is low quality - came peeled and scraped despite good packaging. Edit: soon after writing this review I was contacted by the company. The person I corresponded with was extraordinarily professional and eager to help. From speaking with her, It was evident that this company stands by their products and want to treat the customers well. I will not hesitate to order from this company in the future- Cynthia corrected my negative experience- I may have just gotten bad luck from the product I purchased. Easily put together but the pictures show top pieces backward. Good news is it works either way. Two small dings which is annoying but not worth the headache of returning.
