It's the perfect for me, it's a good size it fits my laptop perfectly, you can make it completely flat or slanted if need be with the smaller right side staying flat for notepad, cups, controller whatever and the height is also adjustable, so the functionality is good on that part. Super easy to put together, it's not too heavy but it doesn't feel cheap either. And it rolls under my bed so the desk is right where I need it.     • A bit awkward to adjust

It's an ok stand. It feels fairly sturdy once put together, but the adjustment system leaves a lot to be desired. The mechanism for holding the angle and height adjustments are screw in, and there are two at each point. That means that you have to hold the top with one hand while loosening two screw points before being able to adjust. Because of that, you're going to want to take your laptop off if you want to adjust the height or tilt, just in case you loose your grip on the top. It goes fairly high, and could probably be used as a stand up table for someone around 5 foot tall, but at 6'2", it maxes out just below my belt, which is about 6 inches too short to really be comfortable. The base won't fit under any of my furniture in my living room, but the height vertical shaft is round, so you can twist it, although that puts the weight of the laptop out from being over the wheels, making it less stable. If you're on a budget, and your furniture has a fair amount of space between it and the floor, this isn't a bad stand. ... show more

I have been buying lap desks for several years that would help me use my laptop comfortably in bed or while sitting on the sofa or in a chair. Until I found this little gem, I had been sadly disappointed. This table was exactly what I needed, and the fact that it can tilt and rise to multiple angles was awesome. It was easy to assemble and it's easy to maneuver. It even has locking wheels so that it won't roll away. My only issue with this table is that, after assembling it, it tends to rock like the wheels aren't level. I've worked on it several times and can't seem to get it right. If you are in the market for a light- weight stand to use for light weight use, then this should work fine. It tends to collapse down if too much pressure is put on top of it. There is a knob underneath for adjusting the table, but still when pressure is exerted on top of it, it drops down. For an elderly person putting all his/her weight on this, it could be problematic. My husband tends to cut corners with cost, but I insisted he purchase one that is more sturdy. Happy shopping. ... show more

Purchased this so my mil could do her puzzle books in her chair without having to hold the book. It swivels, the height adjusts and it has a bar to keep the book from falling. She especially likes the split table so she has a place to put her drink.

Great product, it helps me be mobile while working and chasing my child around the house but I find the wheel locks mysteriously lock. Not sure if there is a way to tighten them but be aware your desk may lock while your using it.

I desperately needed this item, because I am bed bound for at least a significant period of time. Hopefully not forever. God willing. This item is very small and a tad on the flimsy side, because it seems to weigh more. You don't see that coming. But the minute you assemble the item and put the laptop on it, the side that holds the laptop starts to lower significantly. not. to mention that the thing is tiny. I don't know how they think that any adult could use this at all. maybe a child and a child sized bed, but definitely not an adult with full size laptop and everything else. you can only extend it out so far and that makes you nervous about the safety of your laptop. this was a big disappointment. you only find out that it isn't gonna work after you put it together. which means, in order to return it, you have to disassemble it and put it back in all of the pieces and all of the box. not. particularly helpful when you are bed bound. fortunately, I have very good help, but all the same, it's still an unnecessary pain and an unnecessary delay in getting things taken care of. it will now take me at least another week to get another replacement. not ok with that. ... show more
