It was nice in theory but my pool did not have the correct threads for the pipe to fit into. The return process has also been annoying. They keep asking me to troubleshoot the problem. It just was not compatible with my pool. Maybe it would work well for others. Now here is hoping I get my money back eventually! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This fits perfect on my 20ft Bestway pool (note: I do have a sand filter with a 2/3 HP pump). If you have a chem connect inlet like me, this fountain comes with the adapter you need. It was very easy to install and only took about 5 minutes. It looks to be well made. I love that the spray can be adjusted from just a small fountain to a fountain that goes across the entire pool. You can also turn it all the way off without uninstalling the fountain. The sound of the fountain is so relaxing. It will definitely be nice for the hot southern summer too. If you are thinking about buying it you should, it was worth every penny. ... show more

I literally installed this in less than 5 minutes however I don't like how the opening doesn't seem to keep my water circulating like the jet does. Even with it wide open it's not the same and the adjustments don't seem to work right to keep the water moving. The temperature did drop 5 degrees throughout the day so that's a plus. But of I start having stability problems due to poor circulation I'm done with this thing ... show more

We have an in-ground pool that has been 95 F this summer in the Texas heat. This fountain was a fair price, was easy to install (once I bought a metal tool to remove the eyeball fitting from the inlet), and after two days usage has brought the pool temp down 3-4 degrees already. It’s important to change your pump timer to run your pump (and the fountain) during the coolest hours of the day for this to work - I start my pool pump at 3:00 AM. Unless you have a new pool or have recently replaced the eyeballs, you will probably need to buy a metal tool to remove the eyeball fitting from the pool inlet. It’s nice of this manufacturer to include a plastic tool for this purpose along with the fountain, but it shattered immediately when I tried to turn it to remove my decade-old eyeball fitting. A replacement metal tool was cheap and worked great. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to install. Took about 5 minutes. We have a 35,000 gallon in ground pool with a Century (1week old) 1 horsepower motor. In the provided video you can see the 16-18 waterfall. This is full blast. No matter how I adjust it, it gets no bigger. It does make the waterfall noise we were looking for as we sat on the patio, but the waterfall is definitely underwhelming…. Or at-least for us. So we’re not thrilled, but not completely unhappy. Just wish it was a 10 foot waterfall. If I could give a 2.5 stars it’d be more accurate. If someone knows how to get the spray higher, I’ll be happy to increase the stars. But in the end, for us, just underwhelming. ... show more
