The media could not be loaded. I chose the white ones because it came with the weights the blue ones do not and only the blue ones make pretty patterns in the water which I didn’t know till after I got them I wasn’t to sad about it please know that the instructions are wrong it says when charging it turns solid red when it’s fully charged it does not and I brought it to their attention it’s red when charging and it turns solid blue when it’s fully charged! It lasts 4 hours straight then it dies so I like to throw it in set the timer for 2 hrs then come back later in the day run it another 2 hrs then throw the other charged one in it ….it works for me to keep my little pool circulated because I don’t have a pump definitely worth the money I’ll b using these next summer for my bigger pool I’m putting up :) ... show more

This fountain light show whale is amazing!!! Absolutely the best! There is absolutely no noise at all. He just floats around spraying water and doing a marvelous show of lights and cooling us down while we float on our pool floats.The instructions say it is fully charged when the light stays RED...however our light is BLUE when fully charged. It runs for a very long time, we used it for 2 hours and it was still charged. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, as I had a few questions for them. ... show more

The fountain and lights only worked for about a month, and then stopped. It will light up when charging but not when unplugged. When it did work, the lights were cool and bright, and the fountain was a good height. We used it to keep the pool a little cooler. Would be great if it had lasted longer than 4 weeks. Edit - customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement, which has been working for a few days now! ... show more

This product works great..the only thing I noticed is the instructions on charging didn't quite match the product.the instructions state that when fully charged the led indicator will remain solid red and when needing charge it'll blink red.i found that when needing charge it'll be solid red no blink and when fully charged it'll turn solid blue.so after figuring that out everything is working great ... show more

Bought because I needed something to break the top of the water and keep the bugs away. This was on sale so I bought it because it is SO cute! It is a perfect size for my pool and the spray aspect is perfect too. It isn't loud at all. My only downfall is it is rechargeable and the battery only lasts 4 hours. I should have paid attention and bought a solar powered one. On sale, the value for money may be acceptable, BUT I would never have paid full price for it. ... show more
