We got this very same fountain at the pool store when we bought our pool. It lasted for 2 years before the sun did a number on the pedals and other plastic parts. We liked the way the fountain sprayed so much that we bought this one from Amazon. We expect it to last about 2 years but we’ll see.     • Doesn’t fit
Was super excited to have this awesome design cool off our pool. We’ll it said it was for above ground pools & no it’s not. We’ll Bestway Pools are proprietary parts so the return is like 3 + inches big so it doesn’t fit right in. Searched all over town for an adaptor & nothing would fit. I’m sure it works great if it fit but they need to reword their descriptions. ... show more

It took a while to figure out that it came with an adapter for a larger fitting. Once I got the assembly figured out, it installed easily to any of the outlets. Works great on the skimmer hole. Covers most of the pool when on high. Placing it on the regular pool vent, it works about half the volume as on the skimmer. But still very efficient and nice. ... show more

As advertised, this pool fountain screws right in to the existing port for my above ground pool. In full south Texas sun, the pool gets to 88 or 90 degrees by the evening. Running this fountain creates a great mental wellness atmosphere and lowers the water temperature to a bearable 82 or 84. Do recommend! ... show more

Had difficulty trying to find an adapter for my above ground pool. It does not come with an adapter for Intex or Coleman above ground pools. It did cool my pool off once I rigged it. The water pressure from the above ground pool pump is not as strong as I thought and the stream from the fountain is not as robust because of the weak pressure.     • Water fountain spray only goes about 3 feet with a rated 1.5 HP pump, 2.2 Total pump rating.
I gave this product a two as it works, easy to install, looks good. However, with a 1.5 HP pump I was expecting a 10-14 ft waterfall & only have a 3 ft stream. We noticed when we press our bodies against the water jets the waterfall increase to 4 ft. Disappointed that the specs suggest up to 14 feet water flow. ... show more
