Update: My heart is so full right now. I’m blown away. A few days ago I happened to check my Amazon messages. I had no idea that this company had reached out immediately after my review offering a replacement. The message was extremely kind and apologetic. I was bummed that i missed out especially since my son loves this fountain so much. Keep in mind, It’s been 6 months. I figured there was no way the offer still stood, which is totally understandable. I decide to send a message asking if it was too late any way. To my shock, they reached out immediately with the most compassionate and generous response. It brought tears to my eyes literally. Not only are they sending a replacement but we’re happy to do so for my son. I had to write an update bc I have never received such costumer service. Above and way beyond! I’m a lifelong costumer This is the second one I’ve purchased. The first one I purchased a few year ago and it was great and lasted a good amount of time but this one gave out almost immediately. My son is blind and he loves these fountains. He’s able to hear the sound and track it. He also loves feeling the water shooting out. It makes the pool so much fun for him. Unfortunately, this one started making loud noises and the fountain function stopped working all together. It holds a charge, still lights up, and turns on but just doesn’t work right. Of course my son doesn’t understand it’s defective and meltdowns have occurred lol. Not sure what went wrong with this one. Hate that it doesn’t work. Purchased in June but our pool was getting work done so didn’t use until a last week. Already down :( ... show more

Piece of junk. Don't buy. Sending this fountain light back. Stays on for 1 minute shuts off. Does t light up the pool like they show. Nor does the fountain go up high. I wouldn't rate at all but it wouldn't let me post without it.

This is nice with great lights and the fountain was great. The bad thing is, the fountain part didn’t even last 2 summers. We only used it in the summer and the first summer, when new, it was great and we only used it for the 2 1/2 weeks we were at our other house. The following summer, we used it for 3 weeks and it was fine. When I went to use it this year, nothing. No motor sound and no fountain. Bummer!! 😞 ... show more

Got 2 at the beginning of July and come mid August 1 no longer pumps and the other is already half the size because the pump is getting week. Don't waste your money. Of course it is too late to return as it has been over 30 days.

Fountain quit working due to battery in less than a year and company sent out a new one within 24 hours with 2 day shipping. Fountain is great for the summer to cool you off. Lights are bright at night. A+ product.

This little fountain is AWESOME! Adjustable height for the fountain from like 6" all the way up to about 3 feet! Also different light settings from blink to fade....it's fun to turn the height all the way up & give it a little spin...the lights shine up thru the water & gives it a "dancing" water effect...lots of fun and the charge lasts for quite a few hours!
