Is this going to transfor your sourdough bread? NO- your bread is what it is when you make it. Will it make it much easier to score fun patterns into the bread and to let is ferment into a cute stable shape- Yes it will do that! The baskets and covers are good- make sure to wash the covers before using- they had a smell but it came out in 1 wash. the baskets- there were several small wood splinters make sure to run your hand lightly over and peel/ shave off the splinters BEFORE you prep the basket the first time. This is a common problem with all baskets of this type- just if this is your first beginning set (as it's advertised) don't forget to do that. ... show more
