Worked just like the original. One thing that I will point out is that the red (emergency) button becomes activated too easily. Just the barest touch (literally) will set if off, and that can be rather embarrassing in certain situations.

Extremely easy to set up and program - directions on the Net or on YouTube. Will need time to see how long it will last. Came with the battery so one less thing to do. HINT: If you have a remote already for the vehicle and this is a second or backup - When you program this new one YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR A SECOND FOB. When you program a new one, your current units will not work as the car system changes the signal code from what it was. If you don't follow the directions for a 2nd fob - even though it is working and was programmed - it will no longer work. ... show more

I thought I ordered a fob that could clone to any. There’s a set of selections on their website that points to a completely different fob for my car model and NO selections for aftermarket equipment. Disappointing.
