  • Easy Installation: The horizontal detection angle of the chime motion detector is 110 while vertical detection angle 15. Come with 2 screws and double-face tape. It is used directly after receiving, put in battery and adjust angle to avoid false alarm, not suitable for outdoor. If the product does not accurately respond to movement,works sporadically ,false alarm.Please re-install the motion sensor chime to adjust suitable angle avoid it or change new battery to try.

Loud and very sensitive to motion. Would rate a five star but the choice you have for tones are all longer songs or a bell that’s followed with “Hello, welcome”. Having an option for just a short chime would be perfect. We have a dog that tries to go potty in our bathroom so this lets us know when she roams in and we can put her outside. We mounted it above the door facing down because it has such a wide detection range. It works without fail but gets annoying when there is a lot of other traffic. This is perfect for a ground floor window in a powder room away from the main living space. The windows open out with the screens on the inside, so a traditional window alarm wouldn't work. I have the alarm just sitting on a high shelf, pointed towards the top of the window, so that anyone using the bathroom or if our cats sit on the window shelf, it won't set off the alarm. I bought this to alert me when my dog was going to an area of the house we don't want her in. This little gem works great!
