I bought this because it looked like it had the same buttons as the Reolink Chimes (which Reolink doesn't sell separately). I can confirm that resetting the chimes and following Reolink's pairing instructions syncs them up nicely with their doorbells. Great way to add a chime or two to their system.

    • Had a little trouble getting it to work out of the box but within minutes it was working correctly

After I pulled the battery tab I expected it to work and when I pressed the clicker it did not do anything. I read the instructions and realized it needed to be programmed first. After setting the chime function it worked, very loud I might add. This is for a rental so I gave the instruction book to the tenants and said they could program the chime to several different audible levels and vary the chime melody to their liking. They set it up in the front behind a couch and the clicker was around 15ft from the base unit. The clicker came with some double sided tape, very sticky so I would make its install a one and done motion because I don’t think the tape can stay together if repositioned. I recently purchased the KERUI Wireless Doorbell and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The installation process was quick and easy, and it's been working perfectly ever since. The doorbell is waterproof, which is a great feature for me since I live in an area with lots of rain. One of the best things about this doorbell is that it has a range of 1000ft, which means I can hear it from anywhere in my house. I also love the variety of melodies it comes with - there are 57 to choose from! I ended up choosing a classic "ding-dong" sound, but it was great to have so many options. The LED flashing is also a nice touch. It's not too bright, but it's noticeable enough that I can see it flashing when I'm in a different room. And, the four volume levels are perfect for when I'm having a party and need it to be louder, or when I'm trying to take a nap and want it to be quieter. Overall, I would highly recommend the KERUI Wireless Doorbell to anyone in need of a new doorbell. This doorbell is super easy to install. Simply clean the area outside where you want the button to go and use the included adhesive strip to stick it to the wall. Then simply plug the "bell" portion into a wall outlet and that's basically it! There are over 70 different "bell" options ranging from classic "ding-dong" style tones to Christmas songs and classical music tones. Setting the ring tone can be a bit tricky at first but the instructions explain it pretty well. I can see this bell being a fun addition to a kids room as well! I've never had a doorbell because I didn't want to deal with wiring one up, and until now, a loud knock on the door has sufficed. However, as we get older and our hearing starts to diminish, it's time to consider other options, and this wireless doorbell is perfect for us! We used the double-sided sticky tape to put the doorbell outside on the door frame, and we plugged in the speaker in the house and it immediately started working without any programming needed. It's set on the typical doorbell chime, and it's definitely loud, but pleasant sounding (not at all tinny, like some doorbells sound). I doubt we will ever use the various melodies and volume levels available because what we have it set on, right out of the box, works well for us. However, those are certainly nice features that others might appreciate. If you are looking for a wireless doorbell that's easy to set up and use, we highly recommend this one! ... show more

I honestly had pretty low hopes with this one. Any time a product like this claims something crazy like "1000ft range" I typically wouldn't believe it. And I still don't know if I believe it. But this really plasticky bell has a very far range as I tested - far longer than 95% of people would ever need for a doorbell. The instructions are awful but once I got the hang of it it actually wasn't too bad to figure out. The receiver is loud. Very impressive since old people need that. The bell remote is small and discrete, but the button is really large and easy to press. Really good value and absolutely worth it. ... show more
