Edit#1: I've had this unit for only 7 months and it's already stopped working. I have reached out to the seller. I'll update again later. Edit #2: So pleased with the customer service with this seller! Very prompt and courteous! I had my replacement machine on my doorstop within 7 days! I hope the problem with the 1st machine does not happen again because I love this thing! So far I absolutely love this machine! The presets are really good. Everything I have cooked in it so far has been perfect! I will never cook bacon any other way again! Comes out perfect everytime! Reheating pizza tastes better that it did from the delivery! Rotisserie hotdogs...yummy! Steaks and burgers are perfect too! Easier than grilling! Definitely recommend! ... show more

I went by the instructions and produced a very tasty batch of chocolate chip cookies, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I can’t wait to try the other items listed in the foodie guide. So far, I am happy with this purchase. It looks pretty good on my counter as well.

We replaced our old toaster over and our air fryer with this guy in March. I was def a bit nervous from some of the reviews but after everyday use since March I have to say I love this guy. The only thing that hasn't been perfect is the rotisserie, the motor isn't quite strong enough to smoothly rotate the bird, but it still came out delish. And you can't expect an all in one machine to be a master in everything. I've done wings, steaks, frozen veggies, fries, cake, hotpockets, potatoes, chicken thighs/breast/whole/drums etc, pork chops everything you can think of and I'm very happy. The grill option gets up to 500 degrees. The air fryer is wonderful for frozen veggies, wings and everything you want to fry. The wings I cooked from frozen actually browned and crisped which my old air fryer could manage. The over feature heats evenly and accurately. I think the only setting we haven't used is the dehydrator! Definitely worth the purchase. And amazing to replace multiple other appliances and it's HUGE! I stacked 2 racks of wings totalling about 3 lbs with no issue. ... show more

I ordered from the Amazon resale the first Kalorik MAXX® Countertop Air Fryer Ovens AFO 50253 OW. It came damaged and was dented by the control know (see the photos). The dent was not important but when I tested the heat settings with two of my digital thermometers the temperature would fluctuate and would be anywhere from 30 degrees to 65 degrees off. NOTE: I tested both my digital thermometers with an old small air fryer I have with the result being the air fryer and both my digital thermometers read about the same, therefore my digital thermometers were correct. I contacted the Kalorik Company and was told it sounds like the circuit board was damaged likely from the dent. I did receive a credit from Amazon and purchased two more assuming they would be fine. Yes two for two different locations. The first replacement I received looked great but when I did a test to see if it held an accurate temperature it failed like the first one. Then I received the second air fryer which came badly dented at the top a bottom of were the two doors close (see the photos). I have no clue how this damage could happen when the doors were OK. It looked as if the person who assembled it just put the doors on a damaged product. Out of curiosity I did a temperature test on this damaged air fryer and its temperature also fluctuated and would be anywhere from 30 degrees to 65 degrees off. The result was everything was sent back to Amazon and I will buy another brand (not Kalorik). I can’t even imagine how many people purchased this air fryer or any of Kalorics air fryer models assuming the temperature settings are correct. Where is the quality control at Kaloric? For all you buyers of this or any other air fryer brand test the temperature with a digital temperature for its accuracy. Never assume it is correct. ... show more
