I am so excited!!! I called Customer Service to tell them of the early demise of my Kalorik Air Fryer/ Oven/Grill after only 4 months. Today August 16, 2022 I received a new oven!!!!     • Stopped working in a month, Amazon said they'd replace it, then told me they wouldn't
Amazon return horror story. Lied to by customer service about receiving a replacement after it stopped working after one month. Bought this for my sister for Christmas, she wanted a $100 air fryer and I wanted to get her something really nice so this was a big surprise for her and her boyfriend. She loved it, followed all of the instructions, there was never any indication of anything being wrong with it. Just over a month later it shut off while she was using it. She thought it was the outlet so she plugged it into a different one and it still wouldn't turn on. The original outlet was working when she plugged in a different device. I contacted Amazon and was told the return window was up (it had passed by TWO DAYS, and btw a one month return window for something that's $300 is absurd) but I was thankfully told by the rep that "upon checking we can do a one time exemption for a refund or a replacement. Which one would you like?" (I took pictures of the chat where I was told this) I chose the replacement because my sister loved the air fryer when it was working and still wanted one. I was told that the return label would arrive via email within 24 hours and to drop off the defective air fryer to a UPS drop off location and we would receive the replacement. Few days later, there's no email with a return label. So I chat again and I'm immediately told that the information I received wasn't true and there was nothing they could do, and the representative LEFT the chat. So I went to chat again, and then asked to speak to some kind of supervisor, and was given the same regurgitated response over and over again. They asked if there was anything else they could help me with and I replied, "Yes, the replacement I was told I was receiving to be honored. It's unacceptable to be told I'm receiving a return label to initiate the replacement and then just be later told that it was never true." If you mistakenly tell a customer that, then at least honor it. Instead of helping or being even remotely kind, the "supervisor" Anil instead ended the chat on me. The equivalent of being hung up on, and this is Amazon's support for a $300 item? I've never left a review, especially a bad one......but is this reality? ... show more

I've had this unit for about 2 weeks now and love it. Always trying new recipes. Chicken Rotisserie works great. Takes 45 minutes to cook and chicken is not dry. The most difficult part of this recipe is putting the chicken on the skewer. :) Coconut Shrimp came out great and better than any restaurant. Wings took a little longer than the recipe called but was worth the extra time. Chicken fell off the bone and was great. Other favorite dishes are Eggplant Parmesan and my favorite go to vegetable - Pesto Carrots with Goat Cheese. Unit is very easy to use. Plenty of presets to choose and help you get started. I do wish I could change the defaults for some settings to what I will be using most of the time. Not a deal breaker since it's so simple to adjust time and temp. Cleaning the pans was easy by sink or by dishwasher. Cooking the rotisserie chicken, I thought it would be a mess inside, but it just took a simple wipe down. I will be ordering another one for my elderly parents. They'll be able to use this simple to use oven and get great tasting dishes. ... show more

The first one arrived dented. Except for the repacking, the return was simple. The replacement was also dented. It wasn't as bad as the first one, but you can tell it was opened before and returned. We decided to keep it. The trays don't easily slide in. I don't think the dents caused the inner cavity to compress. When using the grill, it does smoke a lot when you open the doors. The unit is only 4" taller than our toaster oven. For a multi purpose device, the savings in counter space is great! I like the "killer" grill marks from the grill and that you don't have to turn the meat to get the criss cross marks. I don't use the many settings. It's just grill or air fry buttons for me. It's easy to clean the splatters just wipes off. The thought of doing the little cleaning as required, still makes us hesitate to use the unit for fear of cleaning. Overall, we are happy with the air fryer grill. I like oil fried chicken and French fries, but this is a good alternative. ... show more
