I used the product on my 98 k1400 and it did do a good job removing lower ball joint . However it break so basically a one time use

It’s pretty terribly made, poor quality. I used this to attempt to replace the ball joints on my truck. I’ll give it props that it was able to press out the old ball joint fairly easy. Although i had a powerful impact that helped. It could not press in the new ball joints no matter how hard i tried. After multiple trips to the auto store and a lot of frustration i ended up renting a real kit and finished the job in 15mins. The threads snapped and metal shavings from the clamp were everywhere. It is a waste of your money, buy a real one or just rent one from autozone. ... show more
