    • Quit working within hours.
Fully charged and the computer will no longer boot past the logo screen. All attempts to remedy including Amazon support, reaching out to seller and numerous youtube videos did not result in a fix. No key combinations would reboot the laptop. I set it up as a new laptop but it is disconcerting, I am unable to open and reset the laptop before returning. The battery also discharges quickly, even when plugged in, not suitable for a portable laptop. Edit: The laptop was lost during the return. The whole process with this company feels like a scam, the price, being unable to respond to my emails for help to boot the laptop because of needing more information, repeatedly. However, Amazon initiated a full refund to my account and sent an email as verification. Edit: Laptop still listed as lost. Amazon refund not received. I submitted a new request. ... show more

Other than the speakers, the computer meets my needs. The volume on the speakers is bad. Can barely hear at times.

The computer came damaged. The shipping bax was fine, but the product was not. The description was not described accurately. It states there is a mini HDMI port along with showing it in a picture. There is not!

    • Everything works as expected
It's fast, has decent storage. It's very light weight but not flimsy. Seems pretty durable. The keyboard it nice. Touch pad is smooth. Graphic are pretty good. And it's fast charging and holds a charge for some time.
