I am very happy with this purchase. It is an amazing deal for the price and the seller was very quick to respond and resolve some issues I was having initially. When I received the package, there was a hole in the side of the main box and the mouse packed inside was damaged. Everything was very well packaged and I do not blame the seller for this, it was obvious that UPS was a little rough with the package. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement mouse. I was also having difficulty with a monitor, there were some issues with the picture and the menu button was not working properly, but I contacted the seller and they immediately offered to replace it. I sent it back and received high quality replacement and am very pleased with the entire package. While there were initially some issues at first, the seller was very fast and responsive and was on top of things and got it sorted out rapidly and I’m very happy with this purchase. The peripherals are kind of cheap, but for the price, that’s what I would expect. Everything functions well and I am just surprised at the overall value of this package and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a decent budget office desktop system with dual monitors. ... show more

Where to start... Ordered this for my daughter so she could play some games on it. DO NOT buy from this company, it takes them weeks to fix. Yes it's refurbished and it's a good price BUT this company should have made sure it was in working order prior to shipping it out. After weeks of back and forth we finally found out it was a bad hard drive. After another 1 1/2 weeks of waiting for the new hard drive to arrive NO ONE ever called to walk me through installing a hard drive after notifying the tech who helped me on the phone. Luckily my daughter is smart enough to figure it out so now she has a perfectly good computer no thanks to this company. Oh and do not bother trying to talk to anyone on the phone it just goes to a voicemail that is never answered or returned. They only respond by email and does not take any responsibility for the junk they sell. If I could give them negative stars or zero stars I would. This company is a joke and I hope everyone who reads this decides against buying from this company. Zero stars for customer service Zero stars for product quality ... show more

Pros: The Computer I received was well packaged and very easy to set-up. The computer and monitors themselves were in almost new condition which impressed me. The only Con was that this computer was advertised as coming with an optical DVD-RW drive. Mine was not. It would too much trouble returning it. I guess I will just have buy an external DVD-RW drive for $20.00 bucks. Other than that it seems like a good machine. Overall I give it 4 stars. ... show more

You always have to be careful when buying computers sigh unseen, and especially with refurbished items. I was very happy with this purchase, with several important notations. First, as stated, the pair of monitors are randomly selected. I was lucky enough to get a matching pair of Dells. BUT, they are older models with VGA inputs only. I imagine the sellers are using this as a promotion and a chance to get rid of old stock. That being said, they present well and work fine. If you don't need extremely high graphics for constant movie watching or intense gaming, these are just fine. Second, remember, this is a Dell and they do things a bit differently. Dell uses a Monitor Port, which simply means, if you do desire a HDMI monitor you will need an adapter. They can be had from Amazon for about $9 but be sure you get a 4K ready model. Also, and this is important as it can trip you up as it did me at first. This computer comes with a WIFI ADAPTER. It is NOT WIFI ready BUT the adapter plugs into a USB port and works just fine. Again, they are using up old stock and the one I received is a 2.0 version. It works just fine, and I plugged it into a 3.0 USB port and got a touch bit more speed. 3.0 WIFI adapters are available from Amazon for a modest price. Finally, I highly recommend spending the few extra bucks for the Assurance policy. Remember, this is a piece of electronics, and a refurbished one at that.     • Great condition cosmetically but half way worked upon arrival had call tech support
Packaged was great, both monitors match, CPU case does not sit flush. But the real issue was the screen was jumping and cutting off. I called the number on the paper that was enclosed and it was amazon they said they had to reach out to the seller. 4 hours later, I got a email from Amazon saying I needed to email the tech support for the seller. Tech support has office hours conflicted with my work schedule so I was not able to tell him the results of my trouble shooting until the next day. He was able to determine that the v card was defective (this caused me only to be able to use one monitor) he sent a replacement and now it works great. I hated that I had to take the cpu apart and do repairs. I literally had to remove the v card and then hook one monitor up to the other outlet then when the new card came in open again and install it. I feel like I bought a machine off the side of the road. I am happy that they have a good tech support that can diagnose over email. I almost lost my job (new remote position) because of this ... show more

This was a great buy. Saved hundreds. Easy sit up. The only thing I had an issue with was the mouse. It came not working but no big deal because I wanted wireless anyways.
