Got it for my son, works great! Runs games I didn’t think it would! -4/1/25 Update- Had a software issue occur, wouldn’t allow log in for users. Did everything to fix it, contacted seller and they offered to replace it right away! Not the machines fault for software issue, that’s more of a windows problem. We will see how this does. A friend of mine got this same exact pc so i decided to get it as I needed a computer for school and it worked fine for a month or two then randomly started crashing. Because of this I was unable to do schooling on it (thankfully I have an old laptop). Days after I was unable to return it, it started a never ending boot loop. Also it’s kinda loud but I saw a video of someone else with the same pic and it was quieter. Also 2 of the ram slots are completely dead. I tried months to get it working again, with people that know more about pc’s than I do. I have spent more time researching to fix the pic than time I actually spent using the pc. I really wish I could get a refund after all this time I spent trying to fix this corpse of a computer. I wasted all that money and now I can’t get a refund and have a completely dead pc and being a college student, that money was pretty much most of what I had. Beyond disappointed. Please do not buy this. I thought the bad reviews were in the minority but if you are reading this. This is a sign to not get it. ... show more

I have to start this review saying: this is not a SkyTech Gaming PC, it is made by a Microsoft Authorized refurbishing company with the name Skytech Global (hence the STG in the name) despite this it’s is definitely a solid piece of gaming equipment for the price of course. Another thing to consider is the Wi-Fi situation. This PC does come with a Wi-Fi adapter but it is not ideal and I am still struggling with figuring out to have Wi-Fi with no bugs. I personally have not tested many games but I have played Valorant and this runs it pretty well. It does come with USB 2.0 and 3.0 inputs on the top of the tower (they do not work very well and are to tight for a usb to fit comfortably. The top of the tower also has microphone jack and headphone jack (this was not mentioned in the online description The RGB fans are a little loud but expected and they come with a little RGB remote (pretty cool). The Mouse and Keyboard and not good. Do not expect them to be good buy your own Mouse and Keyboard along with a pair of headphones. A lot a of people (including myself) we’re wondering what type of i7 processor it has and it is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz. Which is a slightly old but trustworthy CPU. The packing was very secure with styrofoam on the outside and vacuum sealed packing within the pc itself so nothing moved around during shipping. Overall the quality is there and I would recommend this PC if you’re not planning on spending over $1000 on an okay PC. ... show more

Ok so, I have been using this computer for over a year now almost 2, it has been a great computer, I stream daily for 5 hours a day every day and it has held up on what I expected, everything works perfect, except the only issue I have had is the USB ports some of them don't work. They did at first, but 3 months in they stopped working, but work intermittently now. sometimes I have to, reboot the computer because it doesnt go past the splash screen at start up. But other than that, it is one of the best computers and well worth it if you are on a budget. I honestly really do love this computer. It's a great starter. I recommend it. ... show more

I BOUGHT THIS PC FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS, AND BY THE END OF JANUARY, THE PC STOPPED WORKING. THE USB PORTS DIED. WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER, THE HELP THEY GAVE WAS NO HELP. I WANTED A REFUND, BUT THEY CONTINUED TO OFFER $50 TO FIX IT. THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME, AS THE PC WAS ONLY WEEKS OLD. THANKS TO AMAZON, THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THEM TO ACCEPT THE RETURN. I've had this PC for a good month and an half now and it's been working perfectly fine, sure some people complain about the mouse, keyboard, and soundbar but to be honest you can just replace those in your own time, it's what I did. Now, the issues I have come across is that some games you might need to buff down the quality because it will crash if you run those graphics high, same thing if you run too many mods for a game or an overhaul mod. Another issue is obviously the wifi adapter, but for me, it ain't too bad. Finally, this is probably just me, but I have been having weird times where the PC will sometimes turn on when it's off or start shutting down when I need it on, although this most likely because I forget to dust off the dust on the inside. Overall though, the PC is very good for it's price and you can just replace the mouse, keyboard if you don't like them and you can just upgrade the parts of PC as well, just make sure their compatible with each other. ... show more
