Very unhappy with the quality of the computer. I got it all set up and was getting ready to install software when the screen went black and it gave me a error about a boot software. I call the tech support they want me to take the computer apart which I am not a computer tech...to see if wires were secure which everything seem ok to me...(again I am not a tech)...so we reboot the computer again and this time it frozen on the window screen. So they said they were going to just send me a hard drive to install. I reminded them again I wasn't a computer tech. After reading all other reviews on Amazon, I decide to just return the computer because I need a working a computer. Ugh!!! ... show more
