I purchased this box to use in college. While I won't go into exactly what I have inside it, this box works pretty well for what I need. The locking mechanism works quite well, I have not had any issues with that. While it is a decent box, it is definitely not very secure. It is made out of metal, so that is definitely a plus, but the metal is pretty thin, and could easily be bent out of place if you tried. It does look like a book, so that is a plus. As an artist, I appreciate quality and versatility. While this safe is nice and sturdy, it also lends itself to transforming with it's beautifully made flat surfaces. See pictures what this safe has become. Also, as an artist known for her unique pieces, these sold in a heartbeat. RECOMMEND.

My grandson wanted a box that he could lock with a key. I purchased this one for him. Not only did I receive the box overnight but the dictionary box came wrapped in plastic inside a cardboard box so it was easily wrapped to give as a gift and arrived safely with no dents. Very cute!
