Wow, I now believe others' comments on this hair dryer. This is an awesome, professional-grade dryer. Here's why: 1. Turbo drying took less than 2 min instead of 5 min. I love the sound of the motor running, powerful but not overly sizzling. 2. Upon drying, before styling, my hair doesn't look like it came out of an oven. It used to be cracking dry, and I used to sweat like heck from other brands' dryers. 3. My hair is frizzy curly, but this dryer minimizes it. Plus, it kept my skull & hair cool. 4. I’m a professional hairstylist. At first use, I loved this dryer. It’s quiet compared to Salano annd Babybliss and lightweight. It worked great for adding volume to fine hair. After a month it suddenly stopped working. The reset kept clicking and it wouldn’t turn on. I returned it and got the same model as a replacement. After a month of using it suddenly stopped blowing hot air. This one is going back and I won’t be getting a replacement. I can’t say if this is an issue with the dryer or is Amazon sending refurbished equipment out? It’s such a shame because this dryer had so much potential. ... show more

My scalp is so sensitive and always get heated when I get stressed. I had this product when I used to live in Korea but after I moved to America, the outlets are different so I couldn’t use it. I’ve been waiting for them to launch in America for so longgg and I even email them multiple times when is the timeline they will launch in usa. I was so happy when I randomly found this on Amazon and I ordered right away. The wind is super cold and strong and the dryer is so lightweight!!
