Was trying to find a vitamin to help me since my body has like...... The Jarrow Women's Multivitamins seem good. They didn't cause any upset stomach from taking these. They stat that they are made in the USA but nothing listed about 3rd party testing for quality. The bottle is a 30-day supply with the serving size being 2 pills. The size of the pills is quite large so if you have trouble with swallowing pills these might not be for you. This tablet is very large, so it is a big difficult to take, but it contains a lot of nutrients. The amount of Biotin included is very high at 33333% of your daily value. Others are more reasonable, but that means a lot of the biotin is wasted and this is probably why the tablet is so large.

I will only take vitamins from established and reputable manufacturers, and Jarrow Formulas is very reputable and has been around for years. The only negative about this vitamin is it is a larger oval tablet. I do not have any issues swallowing them but it could be an issue if you struggle swallowing pills. I love that this encompasses so many benefits. If you are short on time, this is your all inclusive vitamin that provides all your necessary vitamins and minerals, plus vitamin d, vitamin A, lutein, and lessor known Lustriva. Lustriva caught my attention because I have read that Lustriva helps your skin texture and hair health. Lustriva’s main ingredients are bonded arginine silicate and magnesium biotinate. Magnesium biotinate is a biotin form that has better biotin solubility than regular biotin. I have been taking this for about 3 weeks and my hair might feel thicker which is encouraging. This even has some digestive enzymes in it. Overall this multi for women is an amazing value and good if you only want to take minimal vitamins everyday. ... show more

Taking this tablet reduces the vitamins that I have to take to just 1 tablet. The downside is I have to swallow 1 big tablet but that's ok. It has all the vitamins that a woman needs, while I don't notice any drastic effect on my energy and skin appearance, it helps maintain my current well being.

This supplement contains all of the vitamins and minerals I look for, but I was surprised at the very high level of biotin. I do question why one would need that amount if our bodies just excrete what we don't need, but I'm trying it to see if it will help my hair. These tablets are quite large, so they were a little uncomfortable for me to swallow. I appreciate that these are manufactured in the USA but I wish that they were third party tested to ensure that there are no harmful ingredients, such as heavy metals. ... show more

The Jarrow Formulas brand is one of my favorites, and for that reason, choosing this multivitamin was an easy decision. I've always found this brand to offer great quality products at very reasonable price points. I've had a hectic schedule lately, and having this multivitamin on hand has provided a quick and convenient way to be able to supplement with something containing a range of different vitamins and minerals. I especially like that this multivitamin supplement includes a good amount of iodine. I also like that it is high in vitamin B12. Another thing that stands out to me is that it contains a great blend of enzymes. And the supplement also appeals to me because it is formulated with Lustriva, which is described in the online product information as being supportive of thicker and fuller hair.
