Very easy to assemble. Ranges 15 mils on single charge I weight 185 -190 plus bags and load 200. So I would get 10 miles on a single charge. Light weight and easy to take on and off the trains. Rear wheel fits easy under a seat so its can easy be stooded away within the need for it to be folded. Runs amazing and built to last. RECOMMENDATIONS: get the tubeless tires. My son has had this scooter for coming up to one year and it is outstanding. He is 14, fit, and nearly 5'10". The scooter goes fast and far. All of his friends want to ride it and do ride it. Recently we had just one screw / bolt come off and I contacted customer service. They sent me a whole set of replacement nuts and bolts, and Jessica in customer service has diligently followed up and followed through on all of this. I bought this scooter for my college commute from my apartment. I've been using it almost everyday for about a month and it works great. The speed goes up to 19mph and it is very light and compact compared to other electric scooters. This scooter is also affordable, as it goes faster than other scooter brands and is also cheaper. The app is a little hard to use and finnicky. At first, I didn't like the cruise control and it would make a loud beeping noise when staying at the same speed for more than 3 seconds. I went on the app to try to turn it off but it took a few tries for it to actually work. As for the battery life, it works pretty well for me. I personally charge it every other day when it gets to about 50% battery because I'm worried about the battery running low when I am on campus. I’m 53, 5’11 and 160lbs. I wanted to feel the wind in my hair while riding a scooter without breaking the bank. I also wanted something powerful enough to pull a little trailer with my dogs. I did some research and without the trailer this little baby cruises right along at a good pace. I wouldn’t want to go any faster than this baby goes unless it was a bike. I put the pups in the back and I added a tail light, blinker and headlight. We go everywhere together and they love to ride along. The headlight that it comes with isn’t the best. But, there are so many other positive things about this scooter I added a head lamp and the one that is on there already acts as additional protection. I like that it folds up and is compact. The charge seems to hold up well and it is quite durable. This scooter will get you where you need to go at a good price and I give it a thumbs up you’ll be glad you bought it rating. The ease of riding around nyc is great. Through parks and bike lanes. However the battery isn’t doing so well. I’ve had the scooter now for six months and changed the tire inner tube and will have to replace the rear tire soon. Which is no problem. The scooter is used and NYC streets are rough.
