Son was only riding this scooter for 2weeks and had issues with tire(back tire). Called the company for two weeks straight and finally received a email about the product and they recommended we purchase the tubeless tires. Well we did but can’t get them on, and companies want to charge us $100 or more just to install the tires. This is really sad that I’ve got to spend out more and for a product that only been used 2 weeks. ... show more

    • Don't get caught in the rain, it will ruin it
Scooter has only has 46 miles and I got caught in the rain coming home one day. The next morning I heard beeping. It was throwing all kinds of error codes including Error 15. My $500 scooter is completely worthless now. It won't turn on, constantly beeps (can't shut it off). It was great until this happened, was lots of fun. This scooter is not even remotely water resistant. Unbelievably disappointed that one time in the rain can completely ruin it. BUYER BEWARE! ... show more
