Let's get the negatives out of the way first. Initial speed off a push to start is a little lacking. Having 5 or 6 segments to show battery remaining leaves too much guesswork. I know I can use the app but having a real percent on the display would be nice. The little clip that is used for a clasp when folding feels very cheap. Should have went with metal over plastic. Now the pros. Very solid build. No wobble in the stem at all. Although tires are solid, which Is great for no maintenance the dual suspension handles minor bumps and debris with no problem. I was surprised how much travel the suspension has. The app is handy and has all the info you need and even has a wheel lock and alarm function. I'm 20 lbs over max weight but it still hits 19 mph for me on level straightaways. The tail light doss it's job. The headlight which is garbage on most scooters in this price range actually casts a decent light. Don't think I could have done better for the price ... show more

Great little scooter they ride very nice and I like the fact that they have solid tires. No chance for a flat. The rear suspension works great the trail by my house is bumpy and they take it no problem. Haven’t tested full range but took them on a 7.5 mile ride in the cold and they did great. A little slower then advertised but for a first scooter I don’t have any complaints ... show more

This product will not go the speed listed no matter how much the person weighs. I brought one for a friend and they just told me that theirs now won’t go faster that 17.

I recently purchased the ISINWHEEL S9 Max Electric Scooter 22 and I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received. Not only does the scooter have a serious safety issue, but the company's response to my concerns has been disappointing. The primary problem with this product is a fault in the safety lock of the handlebar, which has led to a dangerous accident. My child fell from the scooter twice due to this manufacturing flaw, and it's alarming to see that this issue is affecting multiple users. I reached out to the company's customer service to express my concerns and request a return or exchange. However, I was met with a lack of understanding and empathy. Despite being well aware of the safety issue in their product, they refused to accept the return. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. I had hoped that they would take responsibility for the fault in their product and prioritize the safety of their customers. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I strongly advise against purchasing the ISINWHEEL S9 Max Electric Scooter 22 due to safety concerns and the unsatisfactory response from the company. The customer service is excellent, they gave me supports from the beginning. The electric scooter S9 Max is very good and easy to drive, the suspension is stable, the light is enough although you can not see the road signs well like others scooter. The 10" tire is good for many roads. it's not very heavy. I cannot speak enough about the battery because it would need to be used for longer distances. I have driven the scooter over 22 miles and it is stableI I recommend using a helmet and pads. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have put +450 miles on this scooter over the last six months. It holds up pretty decent. Some bolts near the suspension mounting came loose so try not to lose them. Other than that it is a great value for money for a budget transportation around the city. And it's fast. I have been faster than all the other scooters on the road so far ... show more

    • STOPS WORKING AFTER 10-30 MINUTES! ☢️DO NOT BUY☢️
This scooter is a disaster... Bought one of these scooters. At first, it looked nice, although it did have a dent on the rear wheel guard. After it charged for 6 hours, I tried it out and it seemed to be going pretty well. It struggled a bit on the hills but overall it was alright. After 10 minutes of riding, the scooter suddenly slowed down abruptly, shutting down in the process. I tried turning it back on but it wouldn't work. We thought that maybe it was a one time thing so we bought another one. This time, it only took 2 hours to charge. It seemed to go better on the hills and had a bit more speed. Took it on a ride for 30 minutes and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED! IT SHUT DOWN AGAIN! So disappointing that neither of them worked as advertised. Going to try purchasing from a different company from now on. ... show more
