This is a nice knee massager/heating pad but it could be better. It fits good and is easy to use. The heat could be a little warmer. The massager is a weak vibration and could be a little stronger. I like that it's rechargeable but I wish the battery life was a little longer. All in all, it's a good knee brace with great extra features and feels good on a sore achy knee or shoulder. Just wish it was warmer, stronger and would last longer...my opinion. ... show more

I would say my experience with this knee brace was just average. I think there are some positives with this heated knee wrap but there are some drawbacks. Positives include: - Nice quality material on the knee brace - Good amount of compression and adjustability via velcro straps - Quality construction so durability should be high Negatives include: - Not the best airflow/breathable fabric - Heating feature is not as prominent as it should be - Knee Wrap feels slightly awkward given the battery pack attached - Massage feature is fairly weak and it's more of a vibration Overall, the execution on this knee brace could've been better in terms of the massage and heating features but it provides good compression as a regular support wrap. ... show more

I just got my package yesterday, and first thing I did was read the manual, you should always read instructions. Anyway, full battery operation life of use is 30 minutes, which is reasonable. This is a good investment for the current price tag, however, it went up any higher, that would affect my review. I have had the luxury of testing out more expensive models of knee massagers, and this fits into the proper ‘quality for cost value’ 💲. Not beyond it! I have 3 people in my home with bad knees, so it’s easy for me to test out many age-related or injury related products for wellness, such as these. My husband says that he wishes the heat worked better & faster. And that there were longer time options. They have a 30 minute option, but by the time it really heats up, the cycle is nearly done. That’s his main beef with it. Two others echoed pretty much the same complaint. It’s quality made, charges up well, includes the proper charger, has both massage and heat, and doesn’t break the bank, but there is a short-coming. A longer timing option & faster heat is a unanimous gripe. If it was even $10 more, I’d rate this 3 stars even, but due to the low price for giftability, I’ll rate this a… 3.75 star rating, which goes up to 4 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ + 3/4 I think that’s a fair rating & was agreed upon by myself + 3 others with bad knees.     • Can be used on more than just knee or shoulder
I tried it on my knee first, and that was nice—it’s definitely easier to see the controls when it’s on the knee. If you get the straps cinched correctly, you can walk around while wearing it. I tried my shoulder next. I like how they include two extra straps, as well as have photos on the back for how to put it on the left shoulder as opposed to the right shoulder (each requires the extra, longer strap). In that configuration, the strap goes all the way across the body, and since I have a sore hip, I decided to see if it could fit there—and it did! It can basically hang around the body and have the heating/vibrating part over whatever area on the torso I wanted. It felt great on my hip, and over the tummy (this would be great for monthly cramps, I think). The heating part, even on the highest setting, does not get too hot. The lowest setting of vibration is intermittent, the medium setting is also intermittent but in longer bursts, and the highest is constant. A full cycle is 30 minutes. I did only partial cycles on knee and shoulder, but a full one on my hip/tummy areas (as I could move it around while it was going, when using the longer strap, not anchoring the lower part). Running it that long, with full heat, using the rechargeable battery pack (I love that it’s rechargeable!), it drained it from 4 lights down to 1, so I did have to charge it up again (manual says 3 hours to charge, but I didn’t test that—but it seemed shorter, because it did have some charge left). So, one wouldn’t be able to use it too many times in a row using the high heat setting before needing to recharge it, something to keep in mind. Low heat and full vibration, however, only took it down from 4 to 3 lights. ... show more

Nice versatile to use most anywhere you might want to provide heat and/or vibration. With battery operation not tied to an outlet. That is a big plus for traveling. Battery life when fully charged was 40-60 minutes of use. This heating and vibrating knee support soothed my sore knee joints. The heat was the best part for the knees.     • Helps with My Knee Pain
After a long day of hiking, which I really enjoy, my knees tend to get pretty achy. I used to rely on hot water bottles or heating blankets, but they never quite fit right around my knee. However, this heated knee brace and massager has been a big help in alleviating my knee pain. It's comfortable to wear and simple to use. It offers three levels of heating – high (131℉-149℉), medium (113℉-131℉), and low (95℉-131℉), along with three vibration modes. I really like the heat feature, although I do wish it heated up a bit faster. The massage function feels more like a vibration, and it seems to focus more above my knee than below, but I still find it beneficial. The brace itself is comfortable to wear and doesn’t cause any pain or discomfort. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, so I can wear it anywhere without needing to be near a plug.
