Ordered this for my vacation home so when I am away I can charge my EV, or my guests can use. Overall it does what it is supposed to do. Charges as normal and seems to be well made.

We ultimately did use this product. Our electrician had issues installing, terminals inside unit would not tighten on wires from our 50 amp breaker, and we went with a tesla charger instead. Even though we went another route I wanted mention that their customer support was amazing and very responsive. They were willing to replace the product and do whatever they could to help. We were frustrated with other issues we were having with our remodeling and just wanted to be done with issues in general and that is the only reason we didn't give them a second chance. ... show more

This is a review for Level 2 EV Charger, 240V/48 Amp Electric Car Charger, Hardwired EVSE Level 2 Charger, CSA/Energy Star, WiFi Bluetooth Enabled Indoor/Outdoor Electric Vehicle Charging Station w/ 24ft Cable. I just recently came into possesion of an EV and hadn’t yet gotten to getting a charger for home and this came along. I still have to wait until the electrician comes to run a 240V drop so I can do but for now I can comment on what I can. The unit is well made and looks nice and will look nice mounted in my garage. You can easily set the Amperage you want to be charging at. And the app looks like it will continuously provide you with vital data while you are charging your vehicle.
