I waited a few months before I left this review. I wanted time to be able to use it. I bought this as refurbished. The box came quite damaged. But the product inside was flawless. The padding wasn't damaged and definitely did it's job. There wasn't even a scratch on it. We've used almost all the functions at this point. I do refer to groups and message boards for cooking specific foods in it. But everything turns out wonderfully. We've made fries, pizza, jerky, cookies, pies, chicken, steaks, toast and probably more that I missed. Everything comes out great. We use it to refresh leftovers. Even leftovers from restaurants. Make fries crispy again. This is absolutely my favorite kitchen appliance right now. I don't use our regular oven at all anymore. Only for cooking on the stove. With this being refurbished I know I took a chance but the only thing wrong I've noticed is it doesn't make any noises. Mine doesn't beep when it's done or anything. But I can definitely live with that. Especially for paying more than 50% less than the regular price. I can't compare this to other air fryers but if you're looking for a kitchen appliance that can air fry, bake, broil, toast, dehydrate and so much more then look no further. ... show more
