Cooked a piece of seasoned salmon which came out wonderful. Next day I cooked seasoned vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, also came out wonderful. This is a very basic and inexpensive appliance, ordered to replace an air fryer that suddenly died. The touch controls seem to be a little sluggish but it’s probably my large fingers. The capacity is less than my old one and I find myself packing it to the max. It is light weight and consequently when I am pushing the controls it slides around.
