Does ok job if both mattresses are flat, but gets out of place when one is higher than the other. Also, does not clean well. Really needs a removable cover, as our dogs gave it all dingy. Hair embeds in it also. I guess Zi will have to try to make a cover for it myself from a sheet. Really bummed that it does not have a washable cover. ... show more

I have two extra long twins that needed to be bridged because my dog kept getting her foot caught and would pull her shoulder out of joint. I had been hesitant for years to buy a bridge because one of the mattresses has a pillowtop and the other is extra firm so it is lower than the other. This bridge works perfectly. It stays in place with the foam T bar and it does not show the outline of the bridge when looking at the made bed. Problems solved and I am so happy. A good value too. This is NOT what I thought. I wanted something like this but firm to where I couldn’t feel the gap In between the mattresses if I wanted to lay close to my wife. This product is so thin that it’s like laying a piece of paper over the gap. It weighs about as much as a feather. The cheap foam on the bottom that goes in the gap is only about an inch long and looks like it was cut with scissors and isn’t long enough to go down in the gap. This is way too flimsy. It may work to keep small things from falling in the crack, but if you’re looking for something where you won’t feel the gap, this definitely is not what you want. I’m just going to roll up a small throw blanket and put it in the gap like I’ve been doing because that works better than getting this. ... show more

I purchased this with the highest hope of connecting twin beds (as advertised). It is easy to apply, soft, comfortable, but it does not work. We have tried several ways to give this a chance, changing the top mattress directions, making different adjustments to tightening straps but just will not stay in place.
