Very comfortable, a bit like being held, I melted into it as soon as I tried it. No smell at all, the pillowcase was easy to add and very clean and well-made, smooth fuzzy texture. Zippers are nice, plastic and smooth, there are no weird tags or anything sticking out. I'm uncertain about how it'll be to wash it and it's an odd size so I have it wrapped in a sheet to act as a pillowcase. That also keeps the extra little ties contained. I wish it had a bit more support or was taller, it's not great support for sitting on its own but it's nice for lying down just as it is. With another pillow in the right spot I can make it work for both and that's how I'm sitting now, with a stiffer memory foam pillow above it with a plaid covering and the two loops behind me under that in a blue sheet. Looks a bit messy since I'm still figuring it out but it's very comfy, SO much better than just 2 normal pillows stacked. ... show more

I was skeptical because naturally I never thought anything would ever top my pregnancy pillow (LOL) My son is 3 and I still won't let go of that thing. UNTIL NOW this pillow is so comfortable when I'm reading whether it be on the couch or laying in bed, and best of all you can unzip it and separate it into 2 parts if you just want to use it as a lap pillow or head support. It's comfortable, versatile, and the color is super cute. Buy it.. You know you want to..... This is much larger than I expected & I like that. PROS: -- It's nice and large for an adult but probably too large for a child (unless using the pieces separately). I'm 5'5" and not a lightweight. This is large enough for me to use in all of the positions. -- It's comfortable - especially as a night pillow. I can use it to cradle my head and support my knees. It really is like lying in an embrace. It replaces the several pillows I was using to prop and cradle myself with before. -- It was easy to put together and it decompressed enough for me to use within the first couple of hours. -- It's much better, IMO, than one of the regular arm-and-back support pillows I've had before. -- The fabric is very soft and non-irritating. I did cover part of it with a pillowcase so that my hair and face products wouldn't stain the fabric. I also like that I will be able to easily launder the fabric cover but I will do that by hand. -- The zippers are well-done and of good quality. I didn't worry about them coming apart and they didn't snag the fabric. CONS: -- A memory foam filling would be better for support and longevity. The support is fair to middling. When I am using this for back support, it's just decent. This filling is nice while the item is still new but I am not sure it won't break down after a few months. -- Re-fluffing it requires sun or a dryer. It's too large for our apartment dryers. Overall, I do love this. For the price though, I wish the filling was memory foam. I had some really good sleep last night & I like using this to cradle my back while I am sitting up in bed, watching TV, or using the computer. I will try to come back and see if I am able to do an update after a few months. ... show more

I use of the pillows for back support when I watch tv in bed. I use the bigger pillow to sleep with and it has been the most comfortable pillow I have ever bought! I even bought another cover for it! Although I wish I could get the cover in purple since it is one of my favorite colors.

As it turns out the pillow is too large for my purposes. During the time I used it I found it very comfortable but just too large for my situation. I was using it on a couch not a bed. My grandson grabbed it eagerly to use on his bed.

I was looking forward to this as a back support when I sit in bed. It’s very soft and squishy and doesn’t have the support I was looking for.
