  • Ideal how rock slicing
Style: 1 Band Saw Blade
I have this as a gift and the recipient has had a wonderful experience cutting rocks and fossils.

  • Very happy with the product
Style: 1 Band Saw Blade
My husband was concerned when I ordered this product that it would not be what he had hoped nor would it be able to deliver results. It did the job it advertised it could do and allowed for the cuts around the turtles in my custom shower. Very happy with the product. Hope to be able to order some back up blades should we decide to do some more tile work in the future. ... show more

  • The whole thing is plastic, absolute trash
Style: 3 Band Saw Blades
I don't like a single thing about this machine, the metal cutting blade only worked on copper pipe. Once. would not cut after that. The whole thing is made of plastic and has about enough power to work with modeling clay. You would think for the price it would at least be able to cut through 18 guage steel sheet, but it doesn't. ( tin snips work better, and faster.) 1 star was even too much for quality. ... show more

  • Works well
Style: 3 Band Saw Blades
Good quality saw for glass. Supposed to cut rock and coral, also. Mostly plastic because of the water irrigation. Works well.

  • Things not lining up right.
Style: 1 Band Saw Blade
I cant get all 4 of the plate screws in as u can see its not even lined up. Also the blade guide is just making the blade lock up runs freely without in there but when I put it in it starts wanting to lock up. Other then that seems like a good saw but will probably end up returning and going with a different brand for now. ... show more

  • Good for the price
Style: 3 Band Saw Blades
This thing works well once you get used to it. You will pop a lot of fuses at first, but once you get a feel for feeding materials into it it works pretty well. Getting the saw blades on and threaded is a pain at first too, and the blades come off track often. Like any new tools you'll figure it out after using a few times. I have cut solid rock, stone composites, carbon fiber, G10 and metals like steel, brass and copper. You NEED to use water when cutting stone and stuff like carbon fiber or G10, but it cuts those materials easily once you add water. Overall this thing is decent. It is a little small and a bit "plasticy" feeling, but I it works for what I need it for (making knife handles). You can find 37" replacement blades on Inlands website. ... show more

  • Time and material saver
Style: 1 Band Saw Blade
Get this if you want to avoid spending hours nibbling away and grinding on rounded cuts. For hobbyists who cut several pieces a day, but not all day, all week long.

  • Quite easy to set up and use
Style: 3 Band Saw Blades
In general this saw is superior to one previously owned. AsI only use it to cut stained glass, I cannot rate it on sheerness or thickness. The blade can dislodge from the wheels fairly easily, but once you have learned how to put it back on wheels that is only takes a minute. This probably saves the blade from breaking. ... show more
