Decided to grab this to replace my old IBBQ-4T as it was about 5 years old and just wanted a new toy. This thing is awesome! Super easy to connect and the app is really nice. Can monitor grill temps and food from anywhere when it's WiFi connected. Been using Inkbird stuff for years and it never disappoints! I have several InkBird products and they all exceed exceptions. This Bluetooth and Wifi Thermometer is no exception. The display is clear and has a solid base. The bonus is that is is magnetic so you can stick it to something nearby, in this case my smoker is right next to my grill, so I stuck it there. There is no conern for weather either since it can handle rain no problem. I use it with multiple probes to monitor the air temperature as well as the meat temperature. The app makes it easy to set alarms to make sure things stay how I want them. The unit will connect bluetooth if you are within range, but wifi if you leave the area, which is nice. I have used an older model for my thanksgiving turkey and it worked out great, so this would be awesome for that as well as you can put probes in different parts of the meat to get a better all around picture of what is going on. All in all I highly recommend this thermometer and can say that you can expect a premium level of product with InkBird. ... show more

    • Purchased 2 both broke. 1 within 30 days other one 3 months later. WIFI not good
Dealing with Mixtea360 customer service is less than impressive. The first unit stopped working within 30 days and had one bad probe port. I returned the first one through Amazon for a replacement 3 months later; the replacement is bad. The first temperature was not accurate for 2 ports, then started beeping randomly. Now it will not even power up. I have tried multiple chargers, and chargers work. On to WIFI. I was hoping to connect the device to wifi to monitor the thermometer when out and about, but you have to be on the same wifi network. While this is an improvement over just wifi, if you are smoking something for a long period of time and want to check status while out and away, you will need something more like a Meater that will let you access with any internet connection after you connect it to your wifi network. I would buy something else if you are looking for a reliable, flexible smoke. ... show more
