Would be a 5 out of 5 but the package was missing the center fin.... I can't get a hold of anyone to send a fin. Edit: the company finally reached out to me and sent a new fin for the board. The board has been amazing. Would highly recommend this product

I'm in my second season of using this sup, and so far it's still great! I use my dual action Intex pump until the board is full of air and then switch to the pump this board comes with and take it to 12 psi. This seems to help speed up the process to fill it. Bought two of these for the family and love them! The set comes with a bag, paddle board, oar, pump, two fin protectors, and an ankle strap. We bought a rechargeable electric air pump and it takes no time at all to inflate it. If using an electric air pump, you do need to finish it off with the hand pump that comes with the board and it inflates fine. The only negative to the supplied air pump is that the gauge doesn't work on either of the two sets that we bought. Main fin goes on and off easily, and the oar is simple to clip together. Elastic straps for belongings can hold my waterproof bag, flip flops, my daughter's Crocs, and a small towel. Everything stays in place. They're incredibly sturdy - my kids are constantly jumping off it and are climbing all over it while in the water. So far, so good! ... show more

As a beginner I wanted to get something reasonably priced for my daughter. This board was perfect. I purchased an electric pump to blow it up easier, but it moves great on the water!

The pump sent with the board doesn’t connect at all. It won’t stay attached to pump the board up. Thank goodness I had a friend with me and could use her pump.

Great board for more familiar users ! I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner though ! But other than that no complaints from me , it's an all around great package at a great price and I'm most satisfied with my purchase!

“New” sup arrived in damaged box, which should have been the first clue. When opened, the board had obviously been repackaged and both the paddle and pump were missing.
