Bought this for my little one and she has been loving it. It was very easy to build only took 1 person and 45mins, definitely would be way quicker with 2 people though. The car looks nice and runs nice, it has LED’s that shine under the car. Even has a Bluetooth option to play music for your kid which I think is really cool. BEST PART is that you can control it with a remote that takes only 2x(aaa) batteries, the remote has some good range and it controls the car well as long as your kid doesn’t touch the steering wheel. ... show more

UPDATED: customer service reached out due to our previous review and were VERY helpful. They emailed and contacted us via phone to keep lines of communication clear and concise. They sent us a new battery and assisted with a new charger as well, to assure our issues were resolved. As someone who owns and operates a business, I was very impressed with their promptness and willingness to make this right. We haven’t charged the Jeep w the new parts just yet, but I’m certain if it isn’t fixed now, they will continue to help and make sure we’re satisfied. A MAJOR THANK YOU! Original review: we’ve had this Jeep since December (it’s May 1st). We’ve gotten one full charge out of it—the kids best day ever. It’s never charged again. We’ve tried everything: rewiring it, adjusting the motors, considered buying new parts and realized: for what?! We spent over $200 pm this product—IT SHOULD WORK MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS! It worked great for about a month… extremely disappointed in this. We put it inside after every use and it won’t work now. Absolutely NO water damage was done. This jeep is a bit on the larger side so it will fit 2 toddlers comfortably but there is only one seat belt. My 3 year old learned to drive herself very quickly and can even put it in reverse and back in drive after being shown how one time. I love the remote because if she isn't paying attention, I can easily take control. She also likes to use the remote to drive the jeep around like it's a remote control car lol. This jeep is very sturdy. It held me and I am 150 lbs. I don't advise an adult riding in it but it can take that much weight. I also like that it has Bluetooth and you can sync your phone to the jeeps radio and play the songs your child likes. ... show more

I purchase 2 of these cars as birthday gifts for my daughters. They were an easy setup/assembly however the product did not last! This was a huge waste of money and disappointed my daughters greatly. Both cars we received stopped working within 1-5 days BOTH. The cars were used only on our grass and not for extended periods. The car battery stopped charging leaving 1 car working for 1-3 minutes and the other not working at all. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Customer service has been horrible! This is a large item that cannot be disassembled easily. The wheel covers make it so you cannot take the wheels off the car to return. As a result, I started to disassemble the cars to return but cannot get the top parts off. The wheels make the car too bulky to fit in any boxes when assembled. I also cannot fit this item into my car assembled to return. I’d suggest buying a car like this at a local store that makes it much easier for return. ... show more

So originally the steering was too difficult to turn so we didn’t use it until I could get that figured out. I contacted customer service and they responded so quickly and informed me to try to loosen the nuts on the axel and offered some compensation. I loosened the nuts and holy cow it was a brand new car. Works like a charm, the remote is perfect! My toddlers like to swerve so the remote helps me control that. You can definitely fit 2 kids in it as long as they like eachother lol my 2 are 3 and 1.5 years, it’s snug with the two of them in it but they don’t mind. Lights are an awesome touch, engine sounds are very cool and the radio works as well as the Bluetooth ! Just love it all so much! Absolutely love it and would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome truck for their kiddos! ... show more
